A unique loft lets you rest in a welcoming queen size bed while overlooking the living room. The living space features an open style living, dinning, and kitchen area with a pull out sofa sleeper. This quiet complex is conveniently located at the 2 mile marker.

Boat slip available upon request. Please verify availability prior to booking.

This complex includes a large outdoor pool and hot tub, swim dock, wifi, coin laundry facilities, on-site boat ramp, and gas barbecue pit. Located near Bangnell Dam... close to many restaurants and shopping.

Need to know:

--We Supply: One set of 6 towels/washcloths, starter supply of toilet paper & paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, bath soap, dish soap and kitchen basics (dishes, utensils, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, creamer). Guests are advised to bring beach towels or any other preferred linens if needed.

-All linens are 100% fresh/clean for each stay.

-No pets

-No Smoking

-Minimum renter age: 21

-Enter Unit: 3 p.m.

-Exit Unit: 11 a.m.

-Do not remove anything from unit - furniture, towels, linens, dishes, electronics, etc.

-Quiet time: 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.

-Do not clean fish in unit

-No fireworks or weapons allowed
