Southern C Salt verfügt über vier (4) Schlafzimmer und zweieinhalb (2,5) Bäder und befindet sich über den Dünen, weniger als 100 Meter vom Ufer entfernt! Auf Strandebene finden Sie einen Whirlpool, einen neuen Gasgrill, Corn-Hole-Boards, Außenduschen und einen Picknicktisch. Die obere Ebene (Wohnbereiche) wird mit frischer Farbe, 50-Zoll-Großbildfernseher und modernem Schnittsofa im Sitzbereich renoviert (Bilder werden im Verlauf der Renovierungsarbeiten aktualisiert). Die angrenzende Küche wird aufgefrischt mit: weißen Schränken, Granitoberflächen, neuem Back-Splash, luxuriösem Vinylfliesenboden und neuer Beleuchtung. Es gibt auch eine abgeschirmte Veranda mit Tisch zum Essen aus der Küche. Diese Etage hat auch das neu renovierte WC für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Die Schlafräume befinden sich alle im zweiten Stock und verfügen über: Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit Terrasseneingang, Queensize-Schlafzimmer mit Terrasseneingang, Etagenbett-Schlafzimmer (Flamingo-Dekor) mit Terrasseneingang und Zwei-Einzel-Bett mit Auszieh-Schlafzimmer (Hai-Dekor). Alle Schlafzimmer haben Teppichboden, TV und Schrank. Pack-n-Play ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Der Schlafbereich hat zwei Vollbäder. Ein Bad hat auch einen großen Whirlpool für 2 Personen für Ihre private Entspannung. Hier gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe. Dieser Boden hat ein Rundum-Deck, das jeder genießen kann.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Attraktionen in der Nähe: Currituck Beach Lighthouse, historische Corolla-Kapelle und Dorf, Corolla Wild Horses, Knott's Island Ferry und H2OBX Waterpark am Powell's Point

Wonderful stay

Great place

Great location. Nice an accommodations. They did have a stool for the kids to use, high chair, and other comforts of home. Typical layout of the homes in this area, lots of steps and all of the steps to upstairs are exterior to the home. The drink fridge was nice to have. Great communication even with AC tune ups while we were there. Thank you!

Easy beach days!

Great for long days on the beach. Quick walk, 2 outdoor showers, good supply of hot water! The top floor was cozy and clean for relaxation and bathrooms/bedrooms were clean!

Home away from home

The homeowner was a great communicator, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was so nice to have 2 outdoor showers, we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The location close to the beach, grocery stores, shopping, the lighthouse etc. was wonderful too! It is a great vacation home away from home!

Thank you for the kind words Annette. I try to make the home have everything that I would want in a vacation getaway. For the fall I am planning additional hardwoods with a Brazilian Cherry border in the upper living area where the carpet is now. For the lower level bedroom areas I am planning a master bath remodel that will include a walk in shower, small soaking tub if possible, dedicated toilet area where the existing shower is now and a double vanity instead of the single and of course continuation of the LVP tile in the hallway's into the master bath. Great location and house close to the beach

Our family enjoyed a great week at Southern C Salt. The house is very clean and well-appointed and has a terrific layout with a bright common area on the third floor where everyone can enjoy company and nice rooms on the second floor. Hot tub is great. A stone's throw to the beach and also conveniently located near shopping centers and grocery stores. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Loved our house!

Beautiful and spacious with all the modern conveniences and extra touches. Comfortable beds with plenty of room in the bedrooms. Loved the screened porch and decks. Lots of up and down stairs but didn't mind the exercise! The hot tub was enjoyed

Close to beach & lovely beach house!

We had a wonderful time at Southern C Salt! Martha was great to work with, and you can tell she genuinely wants your week to be perfect. The house is a quick 2 min walk to the beach. Close to grocery stores, and shops. The updated kitchen and family room are beautiful. A perfect family house!

So Close to the Beach!

The house is clean and comfortable and the recent updates are great. The living area is bright and airy and the kitchen is well-equipped. The best part for us was the short walk to the beautiful beach! Loved having 2 outdoor showers. Close to stores, etc. but quiet. Buzz was easy to work with and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house, location and experience

We enjoyed the perfect quiet location with street leading to a culdesac and walkway over the dune to direct beach access. House is well taken care of and very clean! Communication with the owner was better than any other rental I have ever had and Buzz went above and beyond to be sure we had a wonderful experience despite a small hiccup with the AC on day one. He was on it before we even arrived and followed through to be sure everything was perfect. Highly tecommend Southern C Salt for your next trip.

This was a week-long vacation for 4 childhood friends who have all just turned 50. No kids, no souses, lots and lots of beach time. This house was EXACTLY what we wanted and we had a wonderful stay! Buzz (the owner) could not have been more helpful when we had questions. The house is gorgeous and exactly as advertised. The new bathrooms are particularly lovely, and I know they have more upgrades planned so I'm hoping we can come back and see those someday, too! We're not going to wait until 60, though, that's for sure.

Love this house & its location!

We had an amazing stay at the Southern C Salt! The house is in the center of Corolla and so close to the beach. We stayed further south last year and there was nothing for the kids to do. This year at the Southern C Salt they could ride bikes in either direction and get ice cream, play putt putt, ride go-karts, hit a beach store, etc. The main level is totally renovated and just beautiful. The beds are all so comfortable and our family of 6 had more than enough space. The beach is not crowded since it’s private but still a lifeguard close by. The owners were so great and responsive. We highly recommend this house!!

Great location! Very clean!

We had the best week! The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the open kitchen and dining/living area. We love to cook and all be together. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had great appliances. We didn’t know there was a drink fridge and wine cooler, which was a pleasant surprise. The hottub was perfect because we had some cool nights. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach and even though the beach seemed crowded looking either direction, our part of the beach was never very busy. We always had room to set up and enjoy the day on the sand. We loved the outdoor showers (with warm water!) to rinse off before jumping in the hottub or just to rinse the sand from the day. All of the beds were clean and very comfortable. The new updates are absolutely gorgeous. The big walk in shower is to die for! There’s ample room for parking, plenty of outdoor porch to enjoy the sun and the sound of the waves. Communication was very easy and I got a very quick response with the few questions I had. Close to a grocery store and anything you may need. We loved walking to Duck Donuts for donuts and coffee in the mornings. We love the area and will definitely be back here next year!

Goldilocks House

This is the third trip for us to Corolla and the third house we've rented. Each of the previous two were okay, but had issues that caused us to look elsewhere the following year. This house however, was just right. We had a total of 4 adults and 4 children, though with the trundle bed, 5 children could easily sleep comfortably here. The house has recently been remodeled, so everything was clean and had a more modern vibe than other houses. There was plenty of space and a great screened in porch with a large table that we were all able to enjoy dinner on. There was a gas grill with an extra 20lb propane bottle in case the attached one ran out, a large kitchen, jacuzzi (which we didn't use) and even a cornhole set for entertainment. The location is fantastic - easily walkable to the beach while also very close to Harris Teeter and Timbuck II. In addition to all of this, the host was a pleasure to deal with and stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to remind us to bring linens, which days were trash days, and just to make sure we were comfortable. We were even provided a nice personalized note and welcome gift. Our family will absolutely look at this property again next year if we return to Corolla.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at C Salt. The house is beautiful, spacious, and close to the beach, just as described. It was a well-supplied kitchen for group meals. Buzz was very responsive. Thanks again, hope we can stay there again!

A wonderful experience

We really enjoyed our vacation in Corolla and our stay in this rental. Everything was as described. It is a great location to the beach, Corolla activities and shopping, and the home was spacious and comfortable. I really don't have any negatives!

Great Place in Corolla

We really enjoyed our stay. Good amount of space and great proximity to the beach. Close to grocery stores and other beach essentials.

Southern C Salt is my fifth rental property! I have a passion for taking good homes in great locations and making them into places YOU want to visit. Buzz is extremely accomplished in construction and remodeling. I'm attempting to make this home what I would want in a rental and eventually my primary residence.

Simply put , I wanted a beach house! Buzz shopped the real estate market and found this gem! The beach is wide, dunes are tall and the Outer Banks are an amazing place to relax. This property had been well maintained, but needed some updates. We have painted the living areas, installed granite, new lighting, flooring and backsplash. It's very light and bright. The master and 2nd bedroom will have a completed remodel in February of 2023. See in progress pictures. I hope your family will love it as much as mine does!

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Super short walk to the beach, about TWO minutes. Beach areas only for Ocean Sands guests( not crowded because there is no public access).
You might get to see some Wild Horses roaming thru, but if not you can drive 10 minutes up the road and visit them. That's what Corolla is known for, but don't forget Currituck Lighthouse, Whalehead and OBX Water park.
