Thank you for the feedback. Housekeeping is a tough job, and we all make mistakes from time to time. Usually, our inspectors catch issues like pests or dirty floors. Unfortunately, they must’ve missed it this time. We will address it with the individuals and make sure that this issue does not persist going forward.
