Unique stay on peaceful 10 acre ranch tucked into foothills of west Murrieta offering flexibility for large group or family. Feel like you are secluded but only 3 min from shopping, freeways, and anything you need. Ranch is 10 acres with seasonal pond and horses may be on property occasionally. Also includes use of cabana area with BBQ, firepit, Palapa and more. Centrally located near wineries, hiking/biking trails, hospitals, shopping, freeways, and many other points of interest.

The Accommodations: You are staying in 4 separate apartment units housed in one building located on 10 acre ranch. Feels like you are in a secluded hideaway but are actually conveniently located only 3 min from town. Two Units are downstairs and two are an UPSTAIRS. Each unit has its own private entrance.
- Unit #1 is a downstairs unit with one bedroom, one bath and kitchenette. Living room has couch with sofa bed. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Workspace is built in desk. Bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom has a shower. AC/Heat provided by split unit.
- Unit #3 is a downstairs studio with full kitchen and bathroom. Living area has couch with sofa bed, and tv with firestick. Main bed is a queen. Bathroom has shower. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, and all basics. Dining area has table for 4. Has small desk as workstation.
- Unit #2 is upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, large closet, larger dresser, and attached bathroom. Please note, to get to bathroom, one must go through the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin above. The living room has sectional couch and 55" flat screen smart TV. There is also a workspace with desk. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, utensils, coffee, coffee maker and a table with four chairs in the dining area.
- Unit #4 is upstairs is also a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, large closet, and attached bathroom. Please note, to get to bathroom, one must go through the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed and ceiling fan. There is also a blow up twin air mattress if needed. The living room has sectional couch and plasma TV with firestick. There is also a workspace with desk. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, utensils, coffee, coffee maker and a table with four chairs in the dining area.

The Property: We are a 10 acre ranch located in West Murrieta at base of foothills. We are not up in the hills, we are very close to town, but feels like you are secluded. Property offers seasonal pond, horses on occasion, large cabana area , and additional enclosed yard with table and bbq. The cabana down behind the pond area has a full kitchen, bathroom, TV's, BBQ, firepit, sand pit and trampoline. All these are common spaces.

Important Notes: There maybe other guests staying in the other 3 units during your stay. All amenities such as pond and party cabana maybe shared with other guests. Pond is seasonal and may be dry during your stay. Horses are here occasionally and may or may not be on property during your stay.
