Zwei Walloon Lake Cottages Perfekt für einen Mehrfamilienurlaub!
Vor kurzem gekauft, wird diese Vermietung mit modernen Möbeln von West Elm, CB2, Artikel und mehr aktualisiert! Neue Farben und Fußböden in bestimmten Bereichen verleihen diesen beiden Cottages für den Sommer 2020 ein völlig anderes Aussehen!

Diese beiden hübschen Cottages am Nordarm des Wallonischen Sees befinden sich auf einem großen Grundstück am Wasser und eignen sich perfekt für mehrere Familien. Der weitläufige Garten ist ein idealer Ort für Spiele im Garten und um Erinnerungen am See zu schaffen. Mit 100ft Wasserfront gibt es viel Platz zum Schwimmen und Spielen. Wenn Sie mehr auf dem See unternehmen möchten, ist Tommy's on Walloon der perfekte Ort, um Wasserfahrzeuge, Paddle-Boards und mehr zu mieten! Diese Vermietung ist perfekt positioniert - 12 min. Fahrt nach Petoskey, Walloon Village und Bay Harbor.

Diese Cottages sind so eingerichtet, dass die Reisegruppen ihren Platz haben und trotzdem direkt nebeneinander stehen können. Cottage A verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder mit voller Waschküche, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Eines der Schlafzimmer befindet sich an einem Ende des Hauses und ist als Master Suite eingerichtet. Cottage B verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad sowie eine Waschküche, einen Wohnbereich und eine Küche. Zusammen gibt es fünf Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer.

Clean and cozy

This is the second time we have stayed here and love the location. Great for walking and biking plus it’s close to town. The yard is great for the kids too!

What a perfect little piece of paradise

Our family couldn’t have enjoyed this property more. The yard was fabulous for the kids. The house was comfortable, cozy and convenient! I would highly recommend and hope to come back next year!

Annual Family Lake Vacation

We have been coming to Walloon Lake for over 20 years. We have stayed in places all around the lake. The cottages were very cute and very well appointed. Perfect amount of space for us. We loved the yard and played a lot of yard games during our stay. Our only issue was the shallowness of the lake at the end of the dock. We have a wake surf boat and we were not able to use the dock to tie our boat. We rigged up an anchor system which was very difficult due to the very soft lake bottom in that area so we made it work. We would gladly stay here again, but only if that dock situation is remedied. We are looking for a place we can come back to again and again each summer. It would be great if it was this place.

Beautiful Walloon lake

Very well appointed cottages. Even though they are small, everything is well laid out making the most of the space. We had 10 total between 3 families but probably would be ideal for 2 families with everyone having their space who are already comfortable living together. Yard was nice with a long walk to the beach which was really nice with younger ones as we were comfortable with them out in the yard playing without fear of falling into the lake. Location on the lake is a little mucky and has some seaweed so limited swimming off the dock (only for the kiddos) but having a boat worked great as it’s on a nice leg of the lake with quick access to the sandbar. Another positive of the location was that the location is private without really seeing any neighbors. Quick drive to town and relatively quiet road for morning bike rides and walks. Enjoyed our stay and had beautiful weather all week!

Walloon Lake with a dock

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unique property that contains two separate homes. Both homes are in nice condition. The homes nicely accommodated 7 adults and two children. The homes have air conditioning that actually works! The property is narrow so the lake view is limited but nice. The larger of the two homes has a bbq that works great. The property management staff was friendly and super responsive. There is a boat dock. We rented a pontoon boat from Tommy’s Boat Rental for the week which was so much fun.

Endless Summer Cottages is on the North Arm, which connects to the Main Basin of Walloon Lake, so you’re not on the busy part of the Lake but can quickly get there. Air conditioning was a recent addition, so it's good to hear you noticed and enjoyed its availability! Lovely Homes, disappointing lake experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The two homes worked absolutely wonderful for our two families. Here are a few things that were not as wonderful. The lake water at this place is not nice. We removed leeches from our kids and the water had a lot of black sediment seaweed that stirred up every time you touched the water. There is not a nice entry into the water for small children. If you were thinking of running off the dock and jumping in, this is not your place. The dock pictured is not the dock at the cottages. There is no AC. Which is fine if there are cooler nights and you can swim but if it's hot at night there is no place to cool down. One warm night we played games at the table and in 20 minutes we had to vacuum up hundreds of bugs that were getting through the screens. Not a pleasant experience on top of already being warm.The cottages were very nice they had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The yard was fun to play games, basketball and sit around the fire. Despite all of these nice things we were there for the lake, for our older kids to paddle board and swim and our youngers to wade in the water and play in the sand. We can find other nice cottages with AC for a much cheaper weekly rate that are not on a lake. For that reason we would not stay here again even though the set up was ideal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for multiple families, two fully stocked cottages on one large lot. Each cottage is exceptionally well decorated with high quality linens and kitchen supplies. Furnishings are from West Elm, Article, Front Gate. It is very contemporary while keeping the cottage vibe. We absolutely loved the style. There are too many thoughtful details to list- high quality fans and laundry hampers in each bedroom, lots of seating indoors and out for our group of 10. We were worried the inside space would seem small and this was not the case at all, we were all able to eat at the indoor table all together when it rained and sit in the family room for games. Great shoreside sandy beach with beach toys for the kids, close to Petoskey, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. We rent multiple properties a year and this was by far one of the nicest. Rent a boat as the area directly off the dock is not as perfect for swimming, kids didn’t mind but adults preferred swimming at one of the many Walloon Lake sand bars. There is a small walk to the water from the cottages. We liked this because it provided extra piece of mind with little kids and the lawn was great for soccer and other games, but something to keep in mind if you like to have the water arms reach out your window. Would definitely stay here again, management company seemed professional and responsive (we had no issues so didn’t have much contact with them in a good way) Thanks for a great stay!
