CIRCA 1885 - HISTORISCHE ANNAPOLIS IN DER STADT

Unser Leuchtfeuer mit braunen Schindeln befindet sich an drei Ecken im historischen Annapolis direkt gegenüber von Gate 1 der USNA und ist ein kleines Stück Annapolis-Geschichte. Die King George Street alias 4 Randall wurde 1885 von den Maloney-Geschwistern gebaut: John, ein USN-Chef-Schütze (auch als Gunners-Mate-USN aufgeführt) Johanna und Margaret. Das Haus hat eine reiche Marinegeschichte und die Süße des Süßwarenladens in seiner vergangenen Ära.

Unser Haus wurde für Ihren Genuss mit einem kurzen 3-minütigen Spaziergang in die Innenstadt aktualisiert.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, gemütliche 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang. Keyless Code / Eintrag Voll ausgestattete Küche in der Küche, Bettwäsche für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Annapolis House

Sean’s house — the second floor — is beautifully decorated and kept. Location is terrific, right across from the Naval Academy and an 8-minute walk to a harbour and good seafood restaurants specializing in blue crab. Sean was particularly responsive to questions at the last minute. Highly recommended!

Wonderful host and excellent location for USNA family

Sean was an amazing host. Very responsive. The home was immaculate and very cozy...and was well stocked. Excellent location--right across the street from Gate One. Perfect for a weekend to visit our cadet, do laundry and watch movies. Restaurants are all within an easy stroll. Would absolutely stay there again.

Gorgeous Historic DTA Get-a-way

This historic get-a-way is incredile in so many ways...super clean with incredible high end features. Couldn't be any closer to USNA Gate 1...pop into DTA for a drink, meal or just walk around the waterfront. Can't wait to come back!

This apartment was incredibly charming with a convenient location, cute decorative touches, and beautiful natural light. The tub is gorgeous. The hosts were incredibly accommodating of our schedules and we would absolutely stay again!

The owner was very prompt and detailed from the time we booked all the way to the end. The house was awesome, beyond clean, and had its own sense of charm. We loved everything about our stay and definitely would return. Annapolis is definitely one of our favorites now!

Perfect location with outstanding host

This was our first time to Annapolis and Naval Academy. PERFECT location, easy access to town and across the street from entrance to Academy. Circa 1885 Is Great!

A really lovely property beautifully situated across from the main gates of the US Naval Academy. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful downtown area. The property is beautiful and has great amenities including a great kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bedrooms and a great selection of TV channels for evening relaxation. Sean is a super host. I couldn’t recommend the property more highly.

What a great location not only are you close to everything in historic Annapolis but you can also spend the day in Baltimore at the aquarium or go to Washington DC and there’s many many things to do there.

Beautiful accommodations with a location that couldn’t be any closer to USNA! So excited to see my Plebe before and after the Herndon climb. This is my favorite place to stay in Annapolis... My third time at this cozy and super-perfect USNA location! Sean is very communicative and responsive. Sad that this is likely our last stay as our Midshipman will Commission in a matter of months! Cannot recommend this more!

Couldn't be better!

The location of this house could not be better. It is literally across the street from Gate 1 of the Naval Academy and one block from downtown Annapolis. The home is comfortable and inviting and has incredible charm. The kitchen is completely remodeled and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Sean was extremely helpful across the board and helped make our trip absolutely seamless. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

Wonderfully comfortable home

We loved our stay in this amazing two-bedroom apartment! Beds and linens are top-notch. Kitchen is fully stocked. Love the historic and local feel to the home. If location is everything, then this home wins the prize! Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Also walking distance to the harbor. Wonderful communication with the owner. This was a 10 out of 10 stars stay! Highly recommend.!

Weekend in Annapolis

Great place to stay! Location is perfect to everything - Naval Academy entrance across the street, two blocks from the downtown restaurants and ego alley. Great spot for 4 guests. Six might be a bit cramptas there is only one bathroom. Sean has every amenity you need. Hair dryer, iron and board, starch, wine opener, wine glasses, etc. Sean is incredibly responsive and even checked in every day to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sean!!

USNA reunion

This property is an absolute gem! It checks all the blocks as the perfect place to stay when visiting Annapolis. The owners take great pride in their property as displayed by the immaculate and precise presentation of each room, so much so, that it does not feel like a rental when you enter. The owners were great to work with during the process, answering questions and providing any information needed to best plan our stay. They even texted several hours afrer check-in to ensure all was good or anything needed, and then again each day. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had, and are already making plans to stay here again!

Charming Historical Property in Perfect Location

We recently stayed at this charming historical property and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped, though we didn't cook since we wanted to enjoy the seafood at City Dock. The linens were high quality, and the whole place was very clean. The beds and couches were super comfortable. It also has central air and plenty of fans, which kept us cool and comfortable. Parking was easy to find right across the street, conveniently located in front of the Naval Academy. The house itself is a beautifully restored piece of Annapolis history, with a distinctive yellow entry door. Sean, the owner, was responsive, kind, and accommodating. Everything you need in Annapolis is within an easy walk, making this an excellent choice if you are looking to experience Historic Downtown Annapolis.

Labor Day at Circa 1885

Had a great long weekend in Annapolis at Circa 1885, traveling with my partner and parents. Rooms were comfortable, apartment was spotless and well appointed, and location was prime. Short-walking distance (2 blocks down Randall) to the main part of downtown, and across the street from the Naval Academy, where we took a tour and checked out the museum. Perfect location for me (pregnant) and my parents (70s) to pop in for a quick rest here and there in between our various walking explorations or meals, as its literally next to everything. Parking was easy nearby, and even though on a fairly busy corner, we weren't kept awake or bothered at all by the street noise. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend! (Also, clawfoot tub is awesome and waterfall showerhead was clutch)
