The accommodation is attached to the owners' house.There is no shared space but travelers may come across the owners (very friendly). The accommodation was completely renovated in 2019. It is therefore in perfect condition, very well equipped and comfortable. This property is ideal for relaxing holidays (walks, surfing, reading, etc...). A cot can be added on request. This area is very quiet and family friendly. The studio is in a cul-de-sac so there is little traffic. There are a few houses around.

Possibility to travel by bus. Stop near the accommodation. Everything can be done on foot: beach 5min walk, Bidart town center 10/15min walk. Local shops within walking distance. The bakery LE FOURNIL DE LA LICORNE 5min walk away is excellent!
