We stayed here at a stressful time which may have affected our experience, however for the nightly price we expected to at least have toilet paper supplied in the bathroom. We searched the entire house and found none. Luckily, we had our own with us. The beds were extremely soft which did not improve my back issues. I found one daybed that was somewhat firmer on my third night (we stayed for 4). We also would have liked to keep up with world events (Ukraine war) via TV. However the reception was such that we could not find a way to access regular main networks for newscasts. There were all kinds of streaming channels (Roku, HBO Max, etc., etc.,) which seemed to require payment to watch, but no access to CBS, NBC, ABC nightly news. I found this most frustrating.
On the positive side, the house was clean and nicely renovated, and the back fenced-in yard was great for our 2 dogs, but it did not make up for the inconveniences.
My original intention was to try this home for a few days while we closed on our own home in the hopes of possibly renting it for next winter since we did like the location. However, upon rethinking the issue, we decided to purchase another smaller home instead.
