Weekend Getaway

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Beachers Lodge in Crescent Beach Florida. Our rooms were nice and clean. It was also convenient to have several restaurants right across the street so we did not even have to drive anywhere.

Super cute room. Amenities were close but not necessarily walkable. The beach was just steps away. We arrived late, the manager was very easy to work with for a late check in. The room was a little small for everything that we brought, but that is on us. I would absolutely stay here again.

My son said the bed and the pillows were the most comfortable things he’s ever slept on. Location was really good and the staff was super friendly. I got food poisoning one of the nights and we had to call maintenance because we had a toilet overflow issue and he was so nice. Brought me medicine an extra towels. The baseboards in the bathroom were a little bit dirty, but honestly, that was about it.

Nice place

Room, pool, location all great. Many restaurants. Only complaints are regarding the parking and not having a space near our room which was right off the parking lot and too few washer and dryers for the amount of rooms. Nice management and we were asked daily if we needed anything. Many pets and good pet area. Lots of dogs on beach and St Augustine beach is the best!!

Great Location

Loved the access to the beach, #1 reason why you should stay! Room was alright, beds comfortable. Id recommend keeping blinds shut if you want it cool in there. Recommend a larger area for dogs , their “potty area” is quite small when there are other dogs in there that aren’t so friendly.

Great location, perfect if you're not spending much time in room

Overall, our stay was great. The location was excellent (directly on the beach with restaurants like Safe Harbor and an ice cream shop less than a minute walk). The room itself was very small, which is as advertised and perfect if you're planning on sleeping there and nothing more. We were planning on using the community grills for cooking, but didn't have enough room in our fridge to grocery shop more than deli meat and bread and some canned beverages. The sink was slow to drain in the bathroom and some of the dishware was dirty when we arrived, making us question the cleanliness. These things, however, were minor and we would definitely stay again / recommend to others.

Bring extra towels and you will have an amazing stay!!

The condo was great, proximity to the beach was perfect, and the pool was really nice. We are a family of 4 with our dog, and after going to the beach (with the dog) and pool multiple times over two days, the original 4 towels we got at check in weren't towels anymore, just sopping wet cloths. I called 3 times on our second day begging for more towels. The only way we got through was using our beach towels to shower with, so there was always an element of sand on us. Finally after 8 pm maintenance brought towels, but he was pretty condensing about it. As far as local eateries go, we were severely underwhelmed, Bang Tai Sushi was so good, but Zoner's pizza was delivered cold, and the Crescent Beach Bar and Grill literally across the street was maybe the worst lunch we've ever experienced. As far the room, we loved it, there was everything you could need for your stay, it was super clean and the front desk was very friendly! It would have only been made better by having housekeeping come by or at the very minimum some fresh towels delivered without begging or attitude about 8 hours earlier than they were. Our last night we got stuff and cooked dinner in the room and it was the best food we had all trip, so definitely utilize the little kitchen, it works great and is better than the local food. Also since housekeeping doesn't come, bring extra shampoo and conditioner because the little bottles we got at check in were gone the first night.
