Früher als "Ski 5" bekannt. In neuem Besitz mit gründlicher Reinigung und laufenden Updates. Perfekter Kurzurlaub für eine Familie oder eine große Gruppe von Freunden! Dieses schöne Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern liegt direkt am See und bietet vom Wohnzimmer und den beiden Hauptschlafzimmern aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse, die zur Unterhaltung gedacht war, von der privaten Veranda im Obergeschoss oder von der Anlegestelle, die sich hervorragend zum Angeln eignet. Fühlen Sie sich frei, Ihr Boot während Ihres Aufenthalts an der Anlegestelle zu befestigen (der Aufzug ist nicht verfügbar). Genießen Sie die Tischtennisplatte im Wintergarten oder wählen Sie eines unserer Brettspiele aus, um am riesigen Esstisch zu spielen.

Mit 6 Schlafzimmern gibt es viel Platz für alle. Die obere Ebene verfügt über 1 Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und 1 Master-Suite mit einem Queensize-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit einem Etagenbett. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer auf der unteren Ebene mit einem Queensize-Bett. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat Zugang zu der Veranda im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf den See und ein eigenes Bad. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Tagesbett für zusätzliche Schlafplätze. Die Master-Suite verfügt über eine zweite Küche und ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer. Die Suite verfügt auch über ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool und Zugang zur abgeschirmten Veranda.

Charlie's Place liegt in einer ruhigen Golfgemeinde, Tanglewood Shores. Sie haben Zugang zum Erholungsgebiet innerhalb unserer Gemeinde. Sie können hier Boote ins Wasser setzen. Dieser Gemeindepark hat auch einen Schwimmbereich, einen Spielplatz, einen überdachten Unterstand mit Grill, einen Volleyball- und einen Basketballplatz. Gegen Gebühr können Sie den 9-Loch-Golfplatz und den Gemeinschaftspool nutzen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und der Yachthafen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Rosemont Winery ist gleich die Straße runter mit Touren und Verkostungen. Wal-Mart und ein kleines Kino sind in der nächsten Stadt drüben.

We had a wonderful time at this property! There were plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone and the outside space is perfection! The dock is so lovely, we spent most of our time there. The screened in porch was also a highlight. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The views were beautiful, and the setting was peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. The kids especially loved the ping-pong table, and there were lots of great spots to gather, eat, and unwind. It was a great mix of fun and relaxation. We'd definitely come back!

Great for Families

We had a great time at the lake. The separate space upstairs was great to have the families with littles stay so they could get up in the morning and have their quiet time before the rest of the house got up. Loved having kayaks on premise to use!

This house was perfect for my family of 9, ages 70 to 3. The most interesting thing about this visually appealing, well-appointed house is that each of the two levels is a complete living area. Each level has three bedrooms, two complete baths, a fully stocked kitchen, living room area with TV and an enclosed porch facing the lake. The boat- house dock was adequate for the pontoon boat we rented, and fish are easily caught from the dock. Use lite line, very small hook, worms and a boober and you'll catch fish near the vegetation to the right of the boat house early and late in the day. Adam is a great host, and we hope to rent this property again next year.

Fantastic Family Space for Vacation

So much to love about our stay here! Room for everyone, with two full kitchens was ideal for our group. We were traveling with our parents, so having the separate living space for them to retire to was ideal. Plenty of spaces to spread out and and be together - Outstanding for our group of 9 ranging in age from 31 to 85! We spent a lot of time on the dock, and floating in the water reconnecting. We brought our own "floaties" but there were plenty of options there. Several kayak trips were taken. Just want to note that the water is shallow at the end of the dock and in the entire cove. Definitely cannot jump/dive into the water, but we all adjusted just fine since we're grown ups! A GREAT vacation was had by all, and our host Adam was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome house with us!

Great House on a Tranquil Lake

This was our 2nd year at this house and for the 2nd year it was excellent. The owners, Adam and Ana, do a great job in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the house. There is ample room for the entire family to spread out. The cover dock is perfect to hang, read a book and have a few drinks. The lake is terrific to swim, kayak or just float on a tube. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the separate kitchen and living room upstairs if you wanted to get away from the main area for quiet time. Pure Perfection

We had a great visit with our children and grandchildren. Our family boat was a great hit and the children wave boarded, went tubing, and enjoyed the water. There are panoramic views of the beautiful lake from the rear of the property. You can swim, float and hang out by the dock. Very spacious house that housed 13 of us very well. All the children and grandchildren said it was one of the best vacations our family has taken. Enjoy!

80th birthday family reunion

This 6-bedroom home allowed us to all gather for a multi-generational family birthday. The house offers lots of space for everyone to have room for activities: 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a glass enclosed porch with ping pong table, a screened porch, a large dining area and expansive decks. There is a dock to tie up a rental boat. The owner supplied toys for kids, lots of videos to watch during quiet times, and all of the dishes, glasses and appliances you could need. The house is in good shape though the driveway is difficult to navigate. We all had a good time and the owner was wonderful to deal with.

Large, beautiful property that is well taken care of. But, if you tow a boat it is a hard place to store it on the trailer. Otherwise it is spacious and very easily accommodates multiple families and has a nice sprawling outdoor area and dock.

Lake Getaway

We needed a place to celebrate 3 April birthdays...with 3 separate family groups. There were 8 of us so there was plenty of room for all of us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Two kitchens and two living rooms. We spent the time swimming in the lake, kayaking, playing ping pong, and playing games. We all had a great time!

GREAT Week at Lake Gaston

Our two sons, their wives and three very young grandchildren (5, 3 & 6 mos,) were very comfortable because of complete “apartments” upstairs & downstairs. The outside areas gave us plenty of options for socializing, especially the fire pit and the boathouse/dock. We anchored a large floating mat away from the dock, and it became a perfect swimming area for the kids and adults. We also enjoyed the two kayaks to explore the lake. It was ALL LAKE ALL THE TIME!

The Lake

Loved the home gave us plenty of space for all our family. Easy access to the lake and loved the covered dock for hanging out. Our issue was the driveway. It did not work for us. Too steep and not enough room for parking. Also it would be very helpful to have the house number posted some where. The host was very responsive and very easy to deal with. Terrific Lake Front House

What a great house right on the water. For 8 adults and a toddler, there was plenty of space to spread and not be on top of each other. The owners, Adam and Ana, have done a terrific job in making the home feel comfy. The house was clean and in good working condition. The dock was a nice size to just hang and having the 2 kayaks was very handy. We loved it so much, already booked to return next year. Dates starting to fill up. Thanks Adam and Ana!!
