Great location to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean and perfect for the two of us. Our daughter and her husband stayed with us one night so the 2nd bedroom was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for a couple dinners at home. The fire pit was nice as we had a couple evenings outside sitting around the fire. Easy to find and the Aspens along the driveway were beautiful.

Cozy Cabin

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. Very rustic cabin feel and well equipped inside. The place was nice and clean. The one thing that could be improved is outside amenities - only 2 comfortable chairs and no gas BBQ.

Near to Grand Lake

We loved it was near to Grand Lake and to Rocky Mountain National Park. Also the Netflix, Disney and other platforms was great to have. Cabin has everything you need and it’s comfy. You can see the stars at night and hear the wolfs!

Absolutely loved staying here! Clean, comfortable, and secluded, with a fantastic view. I especially enjoyed the wonderful big window in the front room, and the built-in space heater in the bathroom was a nice touch. I was initially nervous about the lack of a/c, but it turned out that with the windows open the cabin has such great airflow that this wasn't a problem at all; the breeze cooled down the interior very effectively even when it was hot outside. Thanks for a great vacation!

Missing a wisp or mixer for pancake batter. Rooms were clean no problems there. Ceiling height little low and very warm in the house. Multiple thermostats for the rooms. Ended up dialing them all down but that's just a personal preference thing once I found them all. Missing some screens on some of the windows. Cute little cabin but low ceiling height makes it feel tight.

We've added a whisk to the kitchen to make preparing pancake batter and other meals easier. Regarding the ceiling height, the cabin is a historic property and retains its original low ceilings as part of its charm. While the owner does not plan to modify this feature, we understand it may feel a bit snug for some guests. The cabin was originally used only during the summer months, but heating has since been added to make it comfortable year-round. Each room has its own thermostat so guests can adjust the temperature to their liking. We've also notified the owner about the missing window screens for future consideration. We're glad to hear the rooms were clean and that you enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the cabin. We hope you'll consider staying with us again! Your comfort matters, and we're always here to make your next visit even better.

This is the worst VRBO- nothing like the description. Smells old and has mice droppings right by the head of the bed - we left as soon as we saw a mouse run across the floor. We stayed about 10 minutes total - and vacasa is still trying to figure out if they can give us our money back. I hope the home owners know how poorly their property is being managed.

The cabinet is definitely old and rundown. While the sheets, bedding, shower, kitchenette, and bathroom were clean, there were cobwebs all over the decorations and on the walls throughout the cabin. The washing machine did not work. There was no air conditioning. The furniture was also rundown and mismatched, including broken pieces.

nice cabin once we found It

Very hard to find, since the house number was laying in a snow bank, and the house was off the Road and I was on hold with Vacasa for quite sometime with no answer, we drove up and down the road 4 times, until we got out in the snow and found the knocked down house number near a empty driveway. Otherwise cabin was nice( small) but served well for what we needed, Kitchen was well equipped and the laundry area was a nice surprise. Bathroom was a little tight but good hot water and fair water pressure.

Absolutely Perfect

Remotely located in an aspen grove is a beautifully restored and maintained small cabin. The description does not do this property justice. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, linens and kitchen equipment. Dishes and utensils complete. A magnificent chimney and fireplace along with a private front porch with firepit. The only thing it needs is a screen door slam preventer because everybody moves from the inside to the outside freely. Could not recemmend this cabin higher.
