Casas de Guadalupe ist eine kleine Enklave liebevoll restaurierter historischer Adobe Casitas. 12 Casitas in unmittelbarer Nähe des Platzes - wir haben Ferienwohnungen mit einem oder zwei Schlafzimmern, jede mit einem einzigartigen Grundriss.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist eine unserer beliebtesten Casitas. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern wird ein Familienurlaub wahr! Der Wohnbereich und die Küche gehen ineinander über, sodass man sie leicht miteinander besuchen kann. Es hat alle authentischen Details - einen Kiva-Kamin, Saltillo-Fliesen und Holzböden. Es wurde aber auch gekonnt aktualisiert, um Ihnen alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kabel-TV, Kabel, Wäscherei, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage und kostenlosen Highspeed-Internetzugang zu bieten. Diese Casita verfügt über eine große, umzäunte Terrasse, die sich ideal für einen Abend im Freien in einer milden Sommernacht eignet. Wir haben kostenlose Parkplätze, so dass Sie Ihr Auto einfach parken und in wenigen Minuten zum Platz gehen können! Zwischen der Plaza und dem brandneuen Railyard gibt es viel zu tun!

The casita is well located and has a handful of beneficial aspects; the beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. Communicating with the property manager was easy and she was responsive. However, the place needed a deep cleaning and the overall aesthetic was a bit on the dreary side.

Park your vehicle! Walk to nearby fabulous restaurants, the Georgia Okeefe Musuem, and the Plaza! A relaxing night in Santa Fe

The house was exactly as described. We were excited to see the fireplace and log for us to use. The location is perfect - near everything but in a quiet section of town. The host was very good at communicating information. We certainly appreciated her availability and openness. Mary Ann let us know that she wouldn’t be cleaning the property until later so we could take our time checking out. We didn’t stay much later, but her generosity was appreciated and it was nice to know we could take our time. Also, the sheets on the bed were amazingly soft!

The location of this rental is amazing! If you’re an active walker it will take you 5-7 minutes to get to the square, if you’re not as active probably take you 10! The place is small but adorable! We did a mother daughter weekend and it was perfect because we both had our own bedroom and bathroom! Bathrooms are very small but adequate!Beds were wonderful and the linens were clean and fresh which is an absolute must!Kitchen and living area were comfortable and had all the necessary conveniences. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita A is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen and den spill into one another making it easy to visit with your guests. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). Enjoy the kiva fireplace on those cool evening. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, each with their own bathroom. Extended stay guests can enjoy their own washer/dryer. Private outdoor patio perfect for an early morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings.

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
