We will definitely consider staying here again and would recommend to anyone traveling with families friends and young children.

More cons than pros.

Sad to give this very little stars but there are more Cons then Pros on this beach house. I have never left a bad review but here we go. First off when we arrived, the trash cans were over flowing outside. It would have been nice for it to be picked up. We had a lot of trash as well and would hope it would be picked up before the next guests arrive. There was popcorn falling out of the bunk beds, Definitely didn’t seem like anyone had cleaned. I will say the house was a great size for how many people we had. Sadly, The beds were absolutely horrible. If you shared any of the beds with someone you would wake them up turning over, as they were hard and squeaky. I paid extra for bed sheets, which were stiff and terrible. Unfortunately, they were not at the house when we arrived. So therefore, we had to wait on them and had to put them on ourselves. Then they didn’t bring any sheets for the king size bed, as well as pillow cases that fit. Bugs all in the kitchen sink. The broom was broken off the handle, the toilet paper roll holder was broken. Lamps not working. It rained one night and leaked in one of the bedrooms and woke up guest and got bedding all wet. Seems like it’s not the first time that has happened. If you bring your dog be careful the backyard full of stickers. Great that it was fenced though. I do not recommend this house unfortunately. I did let CRE know & they told me they would send it to management. Haven’t heard back yet.

Great property

Property is perfect for families. Perfect location to the beach as long as you rent a golf cart. Beautiful porch facing east to watch the sun rise. Spacious kitchen, dining , and living room. House will sleep 10 with the bunk beds, but it would be cramped. It was very comfortable for 6 adults.

Fun weekend

House was cute and spacious. We got together with a few families and would hang out in the cute open area on the deck and below on the swings. It was close enought to walk to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Getaway

The house was very nice. Check in was pretty simple. Some things that would be helpful to know to others staying. Not too far to walk to beach. Access is in the neighborhood. You can drive you car there also. You will need a sticker on your vehicle for access to the beach. This is charged by the Bolivar Peninsula govt. It is good for the year and very inexpensive. 10. Biggest grocery store is very close and also an ice machine is right close by also where you can fill and ice chest. Laundry room smelled like fish when we arrived. But after running some water through washing machine it went away. Internet was spotty, and Satellite TV was basic. Just informational for those who will stay here. House and Kitchen were well furnished. Bathrooms were very nice. Guest beds had plastic covering on mattress which made it a little uncomfortable for those staying in those rooms. All in all it was a very nice home and I would recommend for sure.

Beautiful Beach House

The house was beautiful and well kept. There were a few minor areas of damage on arrival, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the place. The property company was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. The beach was really close--0.3 mile walk. Tropical Storm Beta's storm surge threatened to cut us off from the mainland so we had to leave a day early, but the time we had there we enjoyed. The beach is clean and while in the house we felt comfortable with the neighborhood. My only complaint about the entire Bolivar Peninsula was that there were fewer people wearing masks in public areas (like grocery stores) than those of us who did wear them despite signs being posted regarding the mask order. And the beach was nice during the day, but in the evening seemed to have a lot of vehicle traffic (golf carts, jeeps, trucks, etc) most with loud music, loud voices, and Trump flags. Next time I'll stay on the West Galveston side of the coastal area.

We had trouble finding a house that would take 3 dogs with our dates, and Cobb recommend this gem! The house was clean, had dishes and utensils, and plenty of sitting spaces (indoor and out). Even though the house isn't right on the water, we were able to watch the sunrise every morning! Only thing I would caution on are the sticker burrs - the really sharp ones.
