Newly remodeled House with water front view of Puget Sound and Des Moines Marina. Walking distance is 5 minutes down a path to the Des Moines Marina, Beach, Pier and Park. All new kitchen appliances. Brand new Master suite with bathroom and bedroom suite with French doors opens to wrap around porch with view of sound. House on private dead end road. Property is located just minutes to all major freeways. 20-30 minutes to either Seattle, Tacoma.

Perfect place to rest, relax and recharge

This was an absolutely stunning property! Breath-taking views, amazing location, and the home itself was roomy, yet cozy, very clean and comfortable. The property owners we friendly and responsive, and the check in/out process could not have gone smoother. As amazing as this place looks on-line, the pictures don't do it justice, all expectations were surpassed!

Great location & Views

Great house and views of sound. Very well equipped with everything you need. Location is walking distance to Des Moines park and marina with restaurants and kayaking. Bald Eagle was frequent visitor!!

Weekend stay, away from the city

This was a delightful, waterfront cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had had another day to just stay "home" and drink coffee on the deck.

Nice setting, wonderful view, nicely updated, exceptionally clean. Love this place! Be sure to take the path down to the park/marina below the cliff, for low-tiding.

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great & had plenty of room for our family of four. It was easy to get to and from the city and the airport. The views were great! Window coverings of some sort would be nice in the primary bedroom and living room as it got very hot in those rooms when the sun was beaming in. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great views and location

Great location to visit Seattle and the surrounding areas. House had everything we needed with a great view of the sound. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the Pacific Northwest. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this great home 3 years ago and loved it, so we were looking forward to another visit. It is just as perfect as it was the firat time. The views are outstanding and the location is very quiet and private with many places to visit easily accesible. The hosts are very hospitable and the ease of check-in and out was super! Highly recommend - beautiful home and location!

We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. The house is clean, comfortable and the views are unbelievable. The location is perfect for exploring all that the Seattle area has to offer while having a peaceful place to rest and relax while watching the sunset. Everything with the reservation was stress-free. The host is communicative and clear on instructions for staying in the home and respecting the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here. Great Stay

The house was exactly as expected and pictured. It had a great view of the water and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house has been updated, as the pictures show, and was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle. Host was easy to get in touch with for questions as well.

Home away from home

The views are amazing with easy access to Des Moine beach/ marina. 15 min to SeaTac and centrally located to Seattle & Tacoma. House is just the right size for a small family. All the conveniences you need are included. The owner is so responsive too.

Beautiful location

This little house has a perfect view. It is very relaxing just to sit in the morning, have coffee, and look out over Puget Sound. The home is warm and inviting. The kitchen is modern. It has abundant updated features. It is an easy walk to the local beach. we would definitely come back and stay at this little piece of heaven again.

Beautiful location!

This is our second time staying in this rental. It is private, but also convenient to restaurants, the marina and pier. There are large windows throughout the main living area with beautiful views. The owner is a pleasure to work with and we appreciated all of the special touches throughout the property. We plan to return next year!

Perfect vacation spot

We didn't want to leave!! This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. It was very clean and the view was amazing. We stayed busy exploring the sights, but it was always a treat to enjoy the rest of the day at the house. We saw bald eagles, watched the boats on the Puget Sound and enjoyed the amazing sunsets every evening. We also ventured down to the Des Moines Marina, pier and park below the property a few times. We hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future. Thank you Leonne for sharing your home. Our first trip to Washington was a vacation to remember!
