1. My housekeeper cleans the property after each rental. My property manager visits the bungalow at least two hours before the expected arrival of each guest to specifically check the property and dust the property if necessary. 2. I am unsure why you have mentioned your booking mistake as I lost the opportunity to let the bungalow for this extra night. In fact when you arrived at the bungalow you initially refused to pay the refundable damage deposit based on this extra night argument. 3. Our rental agreement clearly states our check in and Check out times. Therefore, guests are aware when they book the bungalow the expected check-out time. 4. My property manager refutes your account when he entered the bungalow. I am interested in the fact that children were staying at the bungalow when your booking DID NOT include any children. Where did these children come from! 5. What is the issue you are raising here as you stayed at the bungalow until the end of your revised stay? 6. Previous guest reviews have noted my property manager’s helpfulness and willingness to “go the extra mile” to accommodate guests. 7. It is noteworthy that this is an anonymous review! Every other Guest reviewing their stay at my bungalow has been willing to provide their name. We will always welcome and response to genuine and constructive issues raised by our guests as we strive to continually improve our guests' experience at our bungalows.
