Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Umgebung ist natĂŒrlich sehr karg, da es sich um eine WĂŒstenregion handelt. Es war genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Der Kontakt ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir fanden es wunderschön und werden gerne wieder kommen.Wir konnten sogar mit unserem großen Fahrzeug im Hof parken

Lovely house with a great garden for sitting out listening to the birds

The house is in a quiet lane but close to the spa of Fortuna where there are thermal pools and spa treatments available. We found Casa Hermosa to be very clean and well equipped with a lovely garden. We didn’t try the pool as it was too cold but it would be very welcome for a dip on a hot day. It is very quiet at night and we slept really well. Murcia and Cartagena are easy to reach by car and the village has plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to go again in the future.

Birthday celebration to remember

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Hermosa. Host was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa is set in a very peaceful location, surrounded by distant mountains, is fully equipped and very close to the Spa. If the timing allows, visit the market in Fortuna, on Saturday, to get a choice of fresh produce. There’s also a supermarket near the Market for additional items. Spa is great and well worth taking advantage. We will definitely be coming back. Brilliant host and location.

Chalet muy agradable . Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dĂ­as de descanso sin necesidad de preocuparte por nada. Sooo Relaxing

We chose this very private location to follow up on two weeks in Madrid and Valencia. We wanted down time, something away from the hustle and bustle, but still convenient. Casa Hermosa was perfect. As I write this review, sitting beside the pool, I listen only to the birds. Otherwise, complete silence. The house is large and well appointed. We are able to walk across the road to the resort or to drive three minutes to the Red Lion, a UK expat bar/restaurant which has incredible meat pies and nachos. We highly recommend this location to any who are interested in a similar experience.

Relax y tranquilidad

El sitio es precioso, aunque ya el agua de la piscina estaba bastante frĂ­a a finales de septiembre. Barbacoa de gas que facilita encenderla, la cama de matrimonio grandĂ­sima y cĂłmoda. No hay servilletas, ni aceite y tal como en algunas casas pero imagino que por el covid. Muy agusto!!

Fantastic Fortnight in Fortuna

Two weeks just wasn’t long enough. The villa was lovely and cooling off in the pool was great and required often throughout our stay! The second bedroom proved too hot and uncomfortable but once she moved to the sofa bed in the air conditioned lounge our daughter was fine! Paul was very friendly and helpful and the villa was private and well kept, with everything we needed to make our stay go well. Just hope we can return one day. We would all highly recommend The Tipsy Terrace for a lovely meal during any stay, car needed to get there though. Overall brilliant, Thankyou Paul and Tina.

Cozy Casa Hermosa - the ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable stay

Casa Hermosa is a lovely quaint property in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the village. The garden has a varied collection of beautiful plants as well as an old olive tree, perfect for sitting beneath for some shade. Although the pool is small, it is just right for a quick dip to cool off in. The patio has comfortable seating with a stereo and a gas BBQ with table and chairs for dining al fresco - great facilities that we used everyday. Indoors has everything we needed for a great stay and the place was very clean. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning really effective. We would recommend this villa to couples or families with two children as the second bedroom adjoins the main bedroom. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Last of the Autumn Sun - ‘Take Two’

We have just returned for our second venture to Casa Hermosa and as expected we have had yet another wonderful time. If ever there was paradise on earth, it is here. What a wonderful 10 nights we had at Villa Casa Hermosa which is truly a ‘Hidden Gem’. The Villa has everything needed and makes you feel like you are in your very own holiday home. The location is perfect walking distance from three of or four fantastic local Spanish restaurants with La Umbria and La Puerta Grande being our favourites. The refurbished Leanna Spa and bathes are wonderful so much that we visited their pools every day and as the pools are 40 degrees this means that Casa Hermosa can be enjoyed all year round. Paul and Tina are fantastic hosts with nothing too much trouble with unparalleled hospitality and friendship. We cannot recommend this villa high enough as the location is simply perfect to chill, relax and unwind. Tim and Nancy

Lovely, Relaxing Villa

We have just spent a very relaxing week at Villa Casa Hermosa and could not recommend it enough. The Villa is well kept and well equipped including a tv, washing machine, garden, BBQ and private pool. There are also plenty of places in the garden for sunbathing. Transport isn’t essential as nearby there are a couple of bars and restaurants, however it would be beneficial as you could then drive to the nearby beaches and shopping centres. Also across the road is La Fuente which is a naturally heated spa pool and very reasonably priced for the day. Tina and Paul are very friendly owners who are unobtrusive but are more than helpful. Thank you for letting us stay and we’d love to come back soon.

Very beautiful villa

A fantastic week spent at Villa Casa Hermosa. Wish we could have stayed longer! The private pool was great for cooling off after a long afternoon of sunbathing. The villa was extremely well kept and has some very picturesque surroundings. The garden is also very beautiful and was great for having a BBQ in the evenings. There are some lovely bars and restaurants close by the prices at which are extremely reasonable. After a very relaxing week I can't recommend Casa Hermosa enough. I hope to come back soon!

Stunning villa, with everything you need !

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a week and it was brilliant, a really relaxed quiet getaway, with excellent facilities including a large BBQ and washing machine on our side! Transport isn't essential but would be a benefit if planning to venture some distance from the area, also there's a large swimming pool nearby which is heated by the earth i'd definitely check out too!

Lovely quiet retreat

Our friends recommended the villa after they had visited last year, and like them we loved it too. We were looking for a quiet relaxing holiday and we got just what we were looking for. The villa, garden and pool were lovely, and we had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and on hand if we had a problem. We felt that a car was necessary, unless you want to eat out all the time at the local restaurants. We particularly liked Leana Cafe-Teatro. We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa, so much so that we are hoping to be able to return next year.

Wonderful 2 bed villa with a lovely garden, a great pool, & smashing owners!

The villa is in a very guilt street, but within walking distance of Los Banus de Fortuna. Very well equipped & furnished, all in good condition. We didn’t want for anything whilst we were there. A large tv is also available just right for watching the World Cup last week. I had a problem with the telly one night due to my mistake, I contacted Tina & Paul the owners & they couldn’t have been helpful, the tv was restored in seconds. The out door space is idilic , great pool & pool chairs, 3 out door tables, a very comfortable shaded soft furnished table & chairs. My favourite item I must admit was the Outback BBQ, just right for evenings at home. There are 2 Supermarkets in Fortuna which is only 10 minutes drive away. There is also 2 large shopping complexes within 30 mins drive. We visited Murcia, which is a lovely university city with a stunning Cathedral. We can fully recommend Casa Hermosa to couples, or small families. Thanks Tina & Paul for making our holiday outstanding.

Gorgeous authentic Spanish Villa in an excellent location.

The Villa is exactly as shown, very private outdoor space but well secure. The Villa is easy to drive to and roads are quiet around the Banos area and has a few restaurants/bars that are in walking distance which is always good if you both like a couple of drinks!! Although many nights we bbq’d, found a lovely little butchers in Mahoya.... Fuente pool & spa is 5 mins walk away, well worth going to if it gets a bit warm and you want a bigger pool to play in. Paul & Tina are excellent hosts, really welcomed us and nothing too much trouble. We used text messaging to keep in touch, but everything was so nice and kept well we barely used it. We had the bed linen/towels changed regularly, everything was perfect! Thank you Paul & Tina for sharing this wonderful villa, we’re sure we’ll be returning at some point. Rae & Steve.

Lovely, exactly as described on your website.

We had a great six weeks in the villa it was exactly as described. We were there mid January to the end of February and the weather on odd occasions was a little chilly, but Tina & Paul were great and supplied us gas cylinders for the fire when we needed it to keep us warm. They were never in our face but always there if we needed them. We certainly would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Tina & Paul for looking after us.

"Last of the Autumn Sun"

We have been visiting 'Los Banos' for the past twenty years and never managed to find a such a beautiful villa that was truly 5 mins walk to the Spa Pools and restaurants.......it would simply be a crime if we didn't share our discovery of "Casa Hermosa" which is aptly named "The Beautiful House"...... The early signs of winter on the North Norfolk Coast were soon subdued when a quick internet search for two 'Fifty Something's' came across Casa Hermosa.........."It's too good to be true" came the yells from kitchen...."We've been going there twenty years and there is no villa that close"....within twenty minutes we were booked in and looking forward to it immensely. We arrived late on a Tuesday evening and had arranged (with our hosts Paul and Tina) to be picked up at the airport and were quickly taken to the Villa. Paul and Tina had even arranged for the basics....."Cheese and a nice Red" to ease the late night unpacking! Casa Hermosa is very well equipped with everything you need, beautifully kept and clean. It is a perfect location for a 'get away from it all' holiday , very private and totally relaxing. We spent 10 days there catching the 'Autumn Sun' at the fantastic Leana Spa pools....they are so beautiful and can only be described as 'The Fountain of Youth" pool that was made famous in our favourite film.."Cocoon". As we deliberately didn't want a car Paul even drove us into town the next day for 'Big Shop' to stock up with the bare essentials for a totally switch off break. The next 10 days were simply bliss.....sun, hot pools, great food and wine, numerous sports biographies read, TV Gold watching 70's and 80's sitcoms that didn't need vulgarity or swearing to make you laugh...bliss. We ate in most nights but La Teatre restaurant at the spa is fantastic and is the old cinema/music hall that used to serve the three Victorian hotels in the area. There are numerous other restaurants in walking distance to name a few.... El Pariso, La Puerto Grande, Fuente as well as a great Indian in Las Kalendas which which used the villa bikes to grab a takeaway from. There is also a great local pub called 'Bobs Bar' that is very popular and busy with the locals and ex-pats who enjoy the music, quiz nights, charity auctions and bingo that is regularly on offer. We highly recommend Casa Hermosa and cannot thank the hosts Paul and Tina for making our last bit of sun for 2017 be so special. Tim and Nancy (North Norfolk)
