Dieses schöne zweistöckige Haus am Wasser liegt am ruhigen Fluss San Bernard!

Das Haus ist ideal für viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie Angeln, Bootfahren, Segeln, Vogelbeobachtung und vieles mehr gelegen. Einige der besten Gewässer in Texas für Wake-Boarding und Barfuß! Toller Platz im Freien mit über 3000 Quadratfuß Terrassendielen (7 Terrassen) und 2,5 Hektar Hof. Setzen Sie sich abends mit einem kühlen Getränk auf das Deck und genießen Sie den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang und die Feuerstelle!

Dieses Haus mit fünf (5) Schlafzimmern, viereinhalb (4, 5) Bädern verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einen Billardtisch. Das Haus bietet Platz für 16 Personen bequem.

Alle Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad, eine Sauna und eine Terrasse. Ein Gästezimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Deck; Das Zimmer teilt sich ein Bad mit dem dritten Schlafzimmer, das ein französisches Bett hat. Der Schlafraum hat zwei volle Betten und zwei Einzelbetten; Bad auf dem Flur. Das letzte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt auch eine Queensize-Luftmatratze, die Sie im Gemeinschaftsbereich nutzen können.

Das Haus hat eine große Brise im Erdgeschoss, um im Schatten zu entspannen. Die vorherrschenden Südostwinde sorgen für angenehmes Wetter auch an den wärmsten Tagen.

Hone and property are first class. Very comfortable and lots of outdoor decks to use. We did not bring a boat or jet skis but it's got the setup for it. Rooms are perfect and tons of bathrooms. Kitchen is spacious and has lots of room to spread out.

River & Space

On the river house with lots of windows & space between 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Large living room with lots of recliners. Kitchen has lots of cabinets & countertops as well as a table that seats 10. Easy check in & clear instructions. Great for 3 generations

Fun spot on the river

We enjoyed our stay at the river house. Lots of space, very clean, and nice location. The yard was nice and big and there was plenty of room for family games and fun.

Excellent getaway

From check in, to check out it was a five star vacation. The beautiful scenery on the river, and the large yard for the kids to play in had something for everybody. Sunset on the dock is not to Be missed. Everyone is still talking about it, and planning the next visit.

The Family Gathering Spot

We absolutely loved our stay at the Peaches Retreat!! Our families were attending a wedding down the river & decided it would be a great time to gather w/the adult kids & grandkids from out of town. The Peaches Retreat, with its 5 bedrooms/4 baths, along w/the proximity to the wedding location seemed to be perfect for our needs. The Peaches Retreat exceeded our needs & expectations. From the gated entry onto the tranquil & spacious property, large enough for our multi-family, multi-generational gathering to the welcoming & thoughtfully furnished home, we were able to settle in with ease. We had three children under age 10 who thoroughly enjoyed the "kid friendly" room filled with plenty of toys and gadgets to occupy them. The property was well prepared for our stay with fully equipped kitchen & facilities. , The common area, aka, living room/billiards room was the most lively place in the house, situated between the 2 "wings" of bedrooms, where we played pool, cards & reminisced until the early morning hours. There were 8 adults, (4 "couples") & 5 children & we had plenty of space, never feeling overcrowded. My personal favorite, the PRIMARY, primary suite, oversized, comfy & private with its large ensuite & private deck is worth the argument over who gets it!! The property owners communicated through out the entire process & made themselves available should we need anything. Unfortunately, we only had a weekend, we will definitely come back for a longer stay!!

Absolutely beautiful river rental

Way up in the sky

Peaches Retreat was a great get away for myself and my business associates while in Brazoria for a project we were working on. The house had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The layout was such that we could have community time (LOVED the pool table) together and private time to ourselves ( LOVED the many options of outdoor decks and spacious bedrooms. We had everything we needed and then some. Loved the river, loved the solitude, loved the location. Will definitely return when in the area again. Sibling annual trip

Exceeded our needs and expectations. House had everything we needed in the kitchen - dishes, pots/pans, utensils, basic supplies. Lots of outdoor space for watching river go by, fishing, playing yard games, listening to the trains, sitting and reading a book, etc. Owners were great to help in any way and just fun to talk to. We will definitely return.

Perfect getaway

We had a group of friends come together with all our kids to spend a weekend together. The place was perfectly equipped for everything we needed! It had an amazing kids room stocked with toys for them. The back porch area contained our kids well. That was a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Tremendous property

I can't say enough about this immaculate property. Beautiful driving up to it. Beautiful inside. Beautiful views on the deck. Simply beautiful. Beds are SO comfortable (memory foam mattresses - A+++). Plenty of ceiling fans to help with the Texas heat. Couldn't believe all the little things (like ample dishes, silverware, seasonings, condiments, etc) that most places simply fail to deliver on. Plenty of rooms for a huge family. Loved that 2 bedrooms had personal bathrooms too (a big plus). Neighbor that was a true blessing as well. So many things I could go into detail on, but just know this - if you book this amazing property, you won't regret it. It truly is a great home in a great location that allows for a great vacation! Can't recommend it enough!

The place was very beautiful. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

The check in was really easy. The property is very nice and clean. Cynthia left a delicious cake with a welcome note. Since this our first time , we brought everything from home not knowing everything we needed was supplied. We sat on the porch and played family games, bingo and UNO. There is a lake, but we didn't fish. During the night you can hear nearby train..so be mindful of that. We did encounter a problem with the electric gates, I noticed the owners and Keith came to the rescue. They were so nice and pleasant and understanding. I would definitely recommend this property for your next stay. My family and I plan to return next year if all goes well!! Thank you Keith and Cynthia for everything!!

This property was amazing! Our family had a fantastic time. Nice, cozy, and clean. Keith (owner) was available to us when needed. He was very nice and helpful. We had the best family vacation at Peaches! The house was beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of room and the bedrooms are spacious. The best part is the outside decks to hang out and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay again!

Family River Retreat

This property was fantastic! We had a multi-family gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and very well-stocked with everything you need. We spent a lot of time enjoying the deck, fishing and very much enjoyed the morning coffee sunrise on the upper porch. There are plenty of activities for everyone to stay busy or plenty of places to chill and relax. The owners are very responsive and friendly and there was delicious wine cake for us on arrival, we ate every crumb. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you Keith and Cynthia!

River House Stay

Great house with lots of yard space for activities and games! Spacious bedrooms and a great dinning/living room space for everyone to gather. Only bad thing is the mosquitos at the house are really bad. I don't know if they can spray before people stay or if that doesn't do anything because it is so close to the water? But overall great house and would recommend!

This property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. We spent so much time on the decks watching the water. We plan to book this place again in the future.
