Good property in safe area

The property was immaculate and excellent communication from Helen. The area is very safe and good parking for 2 cars. The enclosed garden was excellent for our dogs.

Excellent property - very quiet location .

The house was very clean & tidy . All the linen & towels were provided so this saved a lot of packing space . Everything was in the house that you needed just like a home from home . Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice house to stay in . 😊😊

Perfect Family Break

Communication prior to arriving was great and we knew exactly what to do. The house was perfect, it was immaculately clean and very well kept. There was everything that you would ever need. The towels provided were fluffy, better than most hotels. The beds were comfortable. Could not fault anything, we are likely to be back again and would definitely recommend to anyone & friends to use. Was a great base for Blackpool and the neighbourhood was so quite which was exactly what we needed.

Nice enough area,good enclosed garden which was perfect for our dogs and small grandchild. Was very disappointed with lack of cleanliness. Kitchen and bathrooms were grubby, paintwork, window sills and skirting boards everywhere were dirty. Microwave was full of rust and baked on food. Dried in food on floor of dishwasher. Not acceptable. I did initially message the lady privately,but she chose not to acknowledge my complaint. I know she received my message as she messaged me back about the broken washing machine,but like I said did not even try to address the lack of cleanliness, despite me sending her pictures of it.

Christmas at Bluebell.

A real home from home. The owner has made sure that everything is there to ensure that you can cook your meals from start to finish. There was a very good stock of tea towels, bedding, and bath towels etc. The garden is very secure, Violet the Frenchie loved it. The place was spotlessly clean. Some information regarding recycling would have been useful as we weren't sure about the different colour bins, every authority is different. There are 3 WC'S in the property, such a bonus! Only slight niggle was that the upstairs floorboards creaked (alot) and the boiler was noisy when showering. This did disturb the baby so we showered before his bed time. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this lovely home for family holidays. PS we managed to get 3 cars on the drive. THANK YOU HELEN.

Good Property - Unlucky Stay

The property and location were great, unfortunately, we were unlucky in that the water heating system failed on the first day. The owner tried her best to get an engineer in to correct the issue but this proved impossible, despite her best efforts. Sadly we had to cut our stay short but agreed a refund with the owner. So despite the challenges we enjoyed our stay.

Perfection

From organising the accommodation, arriving and leaving we had a smooth transition throughout. Keys were in the key safe, house was clean, very homely, we did have a boiler issue which we knew about the day we were arriving, but was dealt with quickly. Great location for our stay, very quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend and Helen was just lovely, nothing was too much bother for her. Will stay again next time we decide to holiday in that area.

Spacious detached house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with everything you could need in a holiday home. Secluded and safe enclosed garden was brilliant for our young grandson and our dog. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Stay

Very good stay in excellent location. House had all amenities required together with a great outdoor space. Close enough to everything and with lovely beach within a 10 minutes drive. Communication with Helen was excellent and replied promptly to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay. Communication with Helen was excellent and always with a very quick response. The house is in a perfect location and we made full use of the local transport to travel to and from Blackpool. On arrival we found the house to be very clean and felt like a home from home with a lot of personal touches. The beds were very comfortable and the powerful overhead showers were great. We made full use of the extensive kitchen, dining room and living room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting the experience of Blackpool with the quiet comfort of a spacious house to relax in at night.
