Good location and having a parking space is a bonus. Room size is good and was clean, except the carpet could be upgraded.I would choose ilikai again.

Wonderful stay at the Ilikai

We recently had our first visit to Honolulu. We loved our stay at the at the Ilikai. The location is fantastic, everyone at the facility was nice, we loved having the assigned parking spot, and we loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings while having coffee. We would definitely return!

Great stay in downtown Waikiki

We were looking for an affordable, clean place close to Waikiki beach and stumbled across this condo in a great building/community. It was a fairly short walk (maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile) to Waikiki beach and had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice week in waikkiki

The studio was realy cozy and confortable, exactly like the photos. The communication with the property manager was easy. The location was great. The only things I would point out is that the AC is really loud and you can also hear a lot of street traffic despiste being on the 9th floor which is not so great for relaxing. But otherwise, a great choice of apartment!

Exactly as pictured!

The condo was exactly what we expected. Clean, comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was nice and helpful. Would definately recommend this room for your stay in Oahu. Short walk to the Lagoon and beach. We would definately stay again on our next trip to the island.

Sisters Hawaiian getaway

We had a perfectly beautiful vacation stay at your location. The place was perfect for our needs and the amenities were lovely. Well supplied kitchen, comfortable bed, cosy living space and the balcony was nice and relaxing to hang out after touring in the day... beautiful city street view. Also, the location of the Ilikai had a very nice roof top restaurant and ician harbour facing patio to wnjoy the evening sunsets. Laundry facititues on each floor was very convenient too. AND we loved the lication in Waikiki... so many great restaurants and shopping near by and the ocean is just a quick walk out the back door.... excellent rental lication

Sweet vacation studio

This studio was perfect for our little family of 4. The space was very clean and cozy, with easy access to a lagoon, coffee/breakfast spot downstairs. Very close to Ala Moana (walkable) and Waikiki. The space also included basic beach items for our entire family, which was fun for our kids! We’d definitely come back here in the future.

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Clean, comfortable, and the elevators are plentiful and fast. The restaurant at the top of Ilikai had a fantastic lunch for $12.99 with a fantastic view. Boogie board in the closet and chairs were a plus. Washing machines on the same floor was convenient, and the bathers elevator and utility elevators took us all the way down to the parking garage. Learn to surf is super close. All good!

Great stay close to everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay with Captain Cook rentals and especially loved having a parking space since we traveled around the island every day we were there. Responsive host, clean instructions, and a great location central to everything. The only things we noticed: one of the closet sliding doors did not work and looked to be completely off the tracks, bathroom wall over sink had splatters on it that looked to have just not been cleaned up between renters, noticeable paint peeling chipping and wall damage in the bathroom and baseboard were very dirty, and the carpet was bunched up in several places. Overall, nothing we couldn’t work with during our time there and worth it for convenience just suggestions for the future.

Reviewer Comments: While the property was very comfortable, had great facilities awesome location and clean, it is headlined as 'newly renovated' which is a little of an overstretch. Wardrobe doors were old and one was off its track. There was also a cupboard door that had come away from its hinges. It could do with some more modern upgrades and it would be perfect.

The rug in the room that I stayed in was not very clean and it smelled, the couch and pillows were very dirty as well. Management was very professional. Overall I enjoyed my stay but because the the room I stayed in was rugged I’d give it a 3 and a half out of 5 stars

Fantastic studio close to beach, shopping, and food

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're traveling & wanting to be central to the beach, shopping, and food - this is a great studio. Our family of 4 loved our stay. The closet had an awesome stash of beach supplies. The bed was comfy, our kids liked the pullout sofa. I enjoyed morning coffee on the deck & watched the morning commuters go by. An added bonus was being able to rent a car using the HUI app (two options were located WITHIN the building). Unfortunately, the laundry room was being updated so we couldn't make use of that perk. The hotel was quiet, the ice cream shop downstairs was yummy, & being right next door to the Hilton gave us access to the Hilton lagoon & super easy access to walk to the Ala Moana beach. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Uber pick ups were simple. Our flight landed after 8pm, but the property manager had no issues with getting us our keycode to enter the building / room. I would definitely recommend this to someone traveling to the area - especially because not having to pack or buy beach toys, chairs, snorkle supplies was AWESOME.
