Dieses gemütliche 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder hat genau die richtige Menge an Platz für alle, um zusammen zu sein, aber nicht überfüllt. Das Wohnzimmer ist zur Küche / zum Esszimmer hin offen und bietet einen perfekten Treffpunkt für alle. Das Deck hinten hat eine Turbo-Twist-Folie für eine lustige Reise vom Deck zum Boden. Es hat auch Party-Licht, mit dem Sie die Farben an Ihre Stimmung anpassen können. Aus dem Achterdeck ist eine abgeschirmte Veranda zum Schutz vor Hitze und Sonne. Es gibt eine kleine Garagentür aus Glas, die sich zwischen der Küche und der abgeschirmten Veranda öffnet, um einfach zu dienen und sich zu unterhalten. Es gibt zwei Meister. Das 1. Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der 2. Meister ist im Obergeschoss und hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Queen-Betten, und das vierte Schlafzimmer ist ein Schlafraum mit zwei Sätzen von Queen über Queen-Etagenbetten (für insgesamt 4 Königinnen). Das Loft verfügt über einen Sitzbereich und einen TV sowie über ausziehbare Sofas, die auch in Betten umgewandelt werden können. Da ist ein grosser
Vollbad auf dem Dachboden, die eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner enthält. Unten in der Nähe der Küche befindet sich ein weiteres Vollbad. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher sowie das Wohnzimmer, Loft und abgeschirmte Veranda.

Best place I have stayed in years

Nothing negative to say e erything was spot on Kids and grandkids never got bored Buetiful property. Relaxing Getaway

The Farm House lived up to its reputation! 5 star experience. We loved the immediate wow factor walking in. It was so beautiful yet so simple. We loved how they decorated but it was simple enough where you can set up your items on the counters etc. Some places have so much stuff/breakable items that it’s hard to relax with a family. This place is perfect for families, adult trips. It truly accommodates all ages. I wish we had known about this place when we had babies. They had it set up so nice to accommodate even babies. We had a crew with us their ages were 3,5,7,9,10,and 11 we also had 4 adults. Everyone enjoyed the Farmhouse from the cool slide to the swings close by the river. Not to mention the game room entertainment for night time. The river even though it was low we still got to enjoy rafting down it. We had a list of top houses to stay at on the Caddo River. I am so grateful we chose the Farmhouse. It truly has the best outdoor set up and the house is fantastic. We were very pleased with the Farmhouse. We hope to return again! Thanks for making our vacation relaxing! Don’t think twice just book the farmhouse!

Quality Family Time

From age 7 to 82, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Great little town and easy drive to Hot Springs and Lake Ouachita! We loved hanging out in the Caddo River right outside the house, as well as playing games inside. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect location

We had a great time at the Farmhouse! The kitchen was well stocked-beyond typical expectations for a rental. The Farmhouse offered more than enough entertainment- games, airfort for rainy days, a great screened in porch, slide for kids! Location was perfect! Not crowded like some of the other rentals on the river. Blackstone on the back patio was a great surprise! Will definitely be back!

A wonderful 5 days on the river!

A lovely well appointed house on the river. Loved the screened in porch and the bunk room was a hit with the kids. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating and answered all requests and questions very quickly and generously! We hope to go back next year!

Great place to stay!!

The house was perfect and exactly as stated! There was plenty of room for our group of 3 families with plenty to do. Lisa made sure to make this house very accommodating and thought of tons of little homey features to add. Very pleased and will be back!

Best Family Christmas!!!

The Farmhouse is our favorite place on the Caddo. Accommodations are excellent. Outdoor space is very spacious. Loved the new fire pit and swings. It was very cold. We are hoping to come during warm weather on our next family outing. Overall a great place!

Loved everything at the Farm House

The Farmhouse was the perfect place for our gals reunion. We loved the beautiful setting on the Caddo River. The weather was perfect for November. We built a fire at night and loved seeing the deer appear to check us out and even one early morning fire to toast Mimosas! We had lovely bedrooms/baths for our own personal space and enjoyed getting together in the living/ kitchen space. The back deck was awesome for early morning coffee and enjoying nature’s beauty. Next time, we’re going down the slide!

Perfect Labor Day weekend!

BEAUTIFUL SETTING PERFECT HOME

The Farmhouse on the Caddo was exactly what it is described as 'unique river experience'. We had a rather large group and everybody had a comfortable bed. The mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were large. The design of the house allowed the quiet in the bedrooms while others were continuing to enjoy the amenities of the location of this house. It is on a hill directly on the river. We were able to enjoy the river fishing and wading and floating. The screened in porch was perfect for the early morning coffee and serving breakfast. The back porch was a nice size to allow everyone to station their coolers without blocking access to the stairs or doors. The kitchen was a good size for preparing meals. The double ovens were needed and much appreciated. There is a large panty that allowed for storage of drinks and bags and restocking for the weekend. A nice surprise was having 2 laundry areas. The grocery store is 6 minutes from this tucked away gated community. Caddo River Rafting was at most 10 minutes. Our communication with the owners was spot on. The codes worked the first time and the house was clean and welcoming. This was a 10 of 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your home.

Cousin Crew

We booked the Farmhouse for our Cousin Crew family vacation! It was a beautiful house and we had the best time! We had a volleyball tournament as well as cornhole tournament! It was so nice to just walk out the back of the house and be at the river! The house was just the right size and we plan to stay again!

Great place

We had a wonderful time with family. Everything we needed was already there. Young and old alike had plenty to do from floating the river to cornhole tournaments or just relaxing in the swings. We’ll definitely be back.

Great place on the river

This is our 3rd year to stay at the Farmhouse. We love everything about it, the fact that the stairs are not so high or excessive and all the new additions. Just a couple of things that would really add to the total enjoyment, several flyswatters and a second refrigerator! Something that could be put on the screened in deck that would help with the extra food, drinks and ice storage. Not to mention cutting down on how many times you have to go in and out of the house to help with the fly situation. Anytime we come to the Caddo river the Farmhouse is our place to stay.

Highly recommend!

We stayed at The Farmhouse with friends and family to get away & celebrate my 30th birthday! The house was perfect for our group & very clean! They responded very quickly when I messaged asking questions and added a night to our stay with no problem at all. We had no problems at all with the stay! Only advice I have is bring something for flies because they were everywhere!

Amazing Best Time Ever Getaway!!!

The property was amazing! It was perfect for our group. It was even more perfect than the pictures! We loved that the house was just steps to the beautiful water! Perfect location! Lisa was amazing and so easy to work with.She answered all of our questions very quickly and was super nice. The booking was super easy and directions were right on point. BEAUTIFUL AND COZY

My family and I loved the Farmhouse. It was far enough from the other cabins and felt a lot more private, just what we were looking for!!! The rooms were perfect, and I loved that we had enough bathrooms and showers for everyone. We'll definitely be back!

Best getaway ever!

Our stay at the Farmhouse was over the top! They thought of everything to make our little get away perfect! It was immaculate! The view was so relaxing as you can watch the river flowing from the windows or screened in porch! There were so many amenities in the kitchen! We had everything we needed! The screen porch is perfect for keeping bugs at bay without hindering the views and sounds of the Caddo river rolling by. There is also a front deck with a couple of red rocking chairs and back deck that has a porch swing and a tube slide from the deck to the largest yard on the river! The living/kitchen area is set up for group fun and visiting!
