Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay at Sea Turtle Pass. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenient beach access, daily chair and umbrella setup, pool, and wonderful 30A location. We are also pleased that our team was able to respond and have the HVAC repaired during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by the HVAC issue, particularly having the upstairs bedrooms uncomfortable for sleeping on your first night. We understand your concern regarding the technician’s comments about the issue recurring after significant rain, and we agree that a recurring problem deserves more than a temporary solution. We will make sure this feedback is brought to the appropriate team for further review. We also appreciate you bringing the concerns with the kitchen equipment, appliances, cookware, knives, dishes, and glasses to our attention. A home accommodating a large group should be appropriately equipped, and we understand how these issues made meal preparation more difficult. Your additional comments regarding the floors, towel availability, trash cans, and overall housekeeping have also been noted and will be shared with the appropriate teams. We are grateful that you recognized our team’s responsiveness and the many positive aspects of the property. Sea Turtle Pass has a fantastic location and a lot of potential, and feedback like yours helps us identify where improvements are needed. We are sorry that these issues prevented the property from fully meeting your expectations, and we appreciate you helping us improve the experience for future guests. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that Sea Turtle Pass provided a comfortable stay for your family and that you enjoyed the great location. We appreciate your comments about the shower door, the living room furniture, and the mattress on the first floor. We will certainly look into these matters. It is good to know that we responded promptly to any issues you raised. We also value your input on the pool cleaning service and will address this with the vendor. Thank you for your feedback, Anna. We are sorry to hear about your experience during your recent stay. We understand that you reached out after hours regarding the pool, and the following morning, we contacted the pool company but could not get a response. We attempted to follow up again, and they informed us they would clean the pool on Friday, but unfortunately, they did not show up. We want to clarify that we are not responsible for pool maintenance as it is managed by a third party. As a goodwill gesture, our management team offered a fair refund for the inconvenience caused by the pool's uncleanliness. We also appreciate that you are a repeat guest who has stayed with us multiple times this year. We hope to provide a better experience in the future. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Kristin, thank you for providing detailed feedback about your experience at Sea Turtle Pass. We are glad to hear that, overall, the location and amenities of the property were suitable for your large family, and you appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and Vacayzen credit. We understand your frustration with the early check-in situation and the subsequent fee. It's disappointing when communication with the management company doesn't lead to a satisfactory resolution. Even though the house was empty the day before, we still have to spot check the home and do inspections before your arrival. Check-in is not until 4pm and we cannot guarantee early check-in due to the schedule of our inspectors/cleaners, we do not want to promise an early check-in and then you not be able to. We have to be fair to all our guests even at 3:15pm and charge an early check-in fee. Your insights regarding the need for updates and improvements in the property are valuable. Issues like the small oven, insecure dishwasher, aging couches, and the cracked shower handle should be addressed by the management to enhance the overall guest experience. Sharing this feedback directly with us can contribute to the ongoing improvement of the property. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope that any future stays with your family are even more enjoyable. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know. We hope to host you again soon! Kind regards, Benchmark Management
