Dieses charmante Ferienhaus in der Nähe des Ozeans wurde Anfang 2019 komplett renoviert. Wenn Sie einen erholsamen Urlaub abseits der Feriengebiete verbringen möchten, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein schwarzer Sandstrand, der zum Waimea Pier führt, von dem aus Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Etwa 5 Autominuten von kilometerlangen weißen Sandstränden entfernt. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um Wanderungen im Waimea Canyon oder zum Koke'e State Park zu unternehmen. Die Lage ist günstig und zentral. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Banken, ein Postamt, ein Kino und ein öffentliches Schwimmbad sind zu Fuß erreichbar , eine öffentliche Bibliothek, ein Krankenhaus und vieles mehr. Nahe der Fahrstrecke zum PMRF.
Das ganze Haus und der Hof gehören Ihnen, da es keine gemeinsamen Räume gibt. Genießen Sie Ihren Kaffee auf dem Vorderdeck. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang entlang eines schwarzen Sandstrandes, der zum Waimea Pier führt, von dem aus Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Private Außendusche und separate Badewanne zum Abspülen nach einem Tag am Strand oder für Sie als Herren als weitere Option für die Badewanne / Dusche im Clawfoot-Innenraum des Hauses. Wonderful little cottage right by the beach, cute little shops nearby, and a short drive from other beautiful beaches and towns! The host/property manager called back right away on our first day when we needed assistance with the shower settings, and their team is amazing! Perfect place to stay for our honeymoon, would absolutely stay again.

Excellent

Darling 2bedroom beach cottage minutes away from Waimea Canyon. My mom and I had an absolute fabulous time staying here. Waimea Canyon is mind blowing experience. Plan at least a day there. The cottage is a walk a way from a market and other little eateries and shops that are in the area. The cottage is lovely as it has amenities available and even an outdoor shower and tub. Imagine soaking under a full Hawaiian moon and stars! My mom and I had an absolute memorable girls trip staying in the cottage. We would definitely book this location again! Mahalo!

Could of been better

Poor security and broken faucets made a wonderful visit into a satisfactory visit. Know door has been that way probably for years and the corroded faucets are poor cleaning. These issues need to be addressed and not just pushed off on another person.

My family and I had an amazing time here. A market right across the street and food places to enjoy. Close to Na Pali Riders which we enjoyed and hike to Waimea Canyon. Definitely recommend :)

We loved our stay at this property and will be happy to return again. The backyard is fabulous and the house was super clean inside. The A/C was very strong. The location is great for walking into town or walking to the beach/pier. Great place for families or couples!

I absolutely loved our stay! The property amazing, the check in & out was easy and convenient, and checking in with me to make sure my stay was going great was so awesome. We enjoyed our stay at this house, conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, a grocery store, shave ice, and restaurants. The home was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and the backyard was beautiful. The property is a bit more worn than it appears in the photos, especially the outdoor amenities. Also, although the listing says this is a beachfront property, it is not on the beach. There is another home and a road between this home and the beach. There were several unhoused people using the beach while we were there, so we didn't play on the beach with our kid as expected. This was a good home base for visiting Waimea Canyon, and we appreciated that the vibe wasn't as busy or touristy as the other towns we visited.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is located on a quiet street just feet away from the beach. The home itself is a lovely old cottage, well maintained with great outdoor dinning and bathing areas. There were several homeless encampments on the beach next to the home, but didn’t have any issues.

Cozy cottage. Cross the street and you are on the beach. Has a great restaurant on the corner that I was able to get Elk Steaks from. Has coffee shop within walking distance. The cottage was such a cozy quiet place and you can hear the waves from the patio. In case you didnt know, Kauai is the Island of the Roosters. So be prepared to hear them around 430am if you are a light sleeper. The windows are double pane so that helps a bit. Air conditioner unit in every room so that is nice also.

This property is amazing! Every detail is thought of, the cottage is decorated and furnished exactly how I would have done it myself. Clean, well located all the necessities and then some! Close to the pier for sunsets and close to restaurants and groceries. Outdoor tub and shower were phenomenal! The highlight of the place, along with the lovely back yard. I would absolutely stay again!

A great base camp for hikes

We had an excellent time at this well-appointed and comfortable cottage in Waimea. It is in easy walking distance to Black Sands beach and to a long pier from which to watch the sunset. It's right next to several good restaurants, food trucks, and bakeries. We stayed in Waimea primarily to hike Waimea Canyon, and this was the perfect base camp. It's got a well-appointed kitchen for snacks and meals, as well as washer/dryer to help with all the mud from hiking. It's got a big tub for soaking sore muscles. The yard is beautiful and well kept. The AC works great. We were concerned that maybe it would be loud with the restaurants nearby, but it was very peaceful and quiet. The management was easy to work with and very communicative, and we had a great experience. We'll be back here next time we're in south Kauai.

Very stylish and clean place and location was walkable to everything in town. Only real complaint was that neither mattress was particularly comfortable, and there must have been 100 roosters nearby that woke us up every night starting at sometimes 2-3 AM. We knew we weren’t going to sleep past 5 am or so for the remainder of the trip by the first night. Not anyone’s fault but felt it was fair to share! Great place.

Cute cottage, good options for cooking or eating away at a restaurant. Within walking distance to groceries, coffee and restaurants. Nearby beach with beach gear provided. Responsive site managers too. Outdoor shower and tub made the stay more convenient with two couples.

A comfortable cottage by the sea

This little cottage was just what I imagined. It sits in a neighborhood, a block from the main street and yet across the street from the beach. A well appointed space with both a front porch and a back porch BBQ area. I loved the outdoor shower and tub. We had a couple issues and Kristen was right there to help and easily handled things. I felt like it was worth the price to have what seems like rare accomm0dation offerings. I would stay here again. I loved Waimea.

Quaint Cozy Cotrage

We absolutely loved our stay at the Waimea Beach cottage! It was quaint, comfortable, clean, and cozy, providing all the amenities we desired. The outdoor tub and shower, the front porch were highlights, and we enjoyed the close proximity to the fishing pier and Wrangler Steakhouse. The sunset views near the pier were breathtaking, and we even spotted dolphins during our visit! This sweet cowboy town has our heart with its quiet, local charm that made our experience even more special. We will certainly be back in the future and are already planning a return trip for 2 to 4 weeks next winter! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
