Best condo ever! 10/10 we will be staying here again. Everything was perfect from the location, to the spacious condo and the beach chair service! This was mine and my husband’s 1 year marriage anniversary and we could not have picked a better place! Thank you to the owners and friendly staff for a perfect vacation

Wonderful view

The view from the balcony was great! Everything was clean and no weird smells. Plenty of towels and a large capacity washer if you did use them all. Enjoyed the separate ice maker in the unit, especially to refill our cooler for the ride home. The construction wasn’t an issue for parking since we only had one vehicle and were there during the week and beach access was easy. I gave 5 stars for communication with the manager because it required a rating, but we did not speak with anyone at the property.

Wonderful stay

We spent most of November and December in this wonderful condo. The unit is comfortably furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. We love the location which is close to bike trails, grocery stores and pharmacies. We will definitely look into coming back again next year

Overall the condo was good. The views were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The bedroom was hot compared to the rest of the condo. The condo was not cleaned like it should have been and the bathroom toilet paper holder was broke.

Unsatisfactory

Several broken items inside condo. But worse was the AC that was stuck on freezing and could not get anyone to come to look or repair. They kept texting instructions but none that were even possible for the type of thermostat. It was either keep it on at the very cold uncomfortable level or turn it off completely and be uncomfortably warm.

Condo as advertised

The condo was just as pictured! It was clean and the kitchen fully stocked with any and everything you need. Had a small issue, but management was a simple text away and immediately responded and assisted in rectifying the problem. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous as I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening wine. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place!

This was a gorgeous place! The view was spectacular and I loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning. The house was neat and clean and I would recommend this. The only suggestions I would have is that we did not have our parking passes left for us there. Also the shower was very slippery, and my 2-year-old grandson fell and ended up splitting open his head and needed urgent care. Other than that it was fantastic!

wonderful property

We loved this condo. Have stayed in this area every summer for more than 15 years. The balcony was great. It was big and had plenty of chairs for everyone. Loved watching dolphins in front of the condo and all the happenings on the beach. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. It even had a small ice machine. The beds were comfortable. Showers were a little dated and I think the hot and cold was backwards. We had a wonderful time and this is a great condo.

Very Disappointed

I was very disappointed with our rental, lots of things were broken, the mirror in the master bedroom (it had blue painters tape covering it) the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom, the footrest for the chair to the left of the tv was broken but placed to look like it was fine, and there was a balcony chair broken and propped up against the wall, but the thing that upset me most was there was a broken balcony chair sitting normal next to the table and my elderly father who is also an amputee sat in it and it immediately flipped him onto the concrete. Then when I called to report it I basically got a sorry that’s housekeepings fault. Also the room wasn’t very clean when we got there and it definitely hadn’t been mopped. Very very disappointed with our stay.

Very Disappointed

The very first thing I noticed when we got there was that the mirror doors in the master bedroom was a huge crack covered in painters tape and it just looked tacky/trashy and was disappointing, the mirror in the bedroom with one queen was also cracked down at the bottom but not as badly. The toilet paper holder was broken and missing from the master bathroom, the floors definitely hadn’t been mopped before we got there and the bedding had holes and stains on them. Also in the living room the footrest on the chair to the left of the tv was broken but it was placed on top of it to look as if it was perfectly fine. And then the thing I was most upset about was one of the chairs on the balcony was also broken but sitting up right like it was fine and my elderly father who is also an amputee sat down in the chair and was immediately flipped onto the balcony floor. There was also a broken balcony chair propped up against the wall. I called after the incident to complain and was basically just told sorry that’s housekeepings fault. There were also roaches in the elevators. And during our stay two people were trapped in one of the elevators. Very disappointed.

Beautiful view and condo

Greatly enjoyed the condo. It has an amazing view and is in a fantastic location! The furniture was all extremely comfortable, it had great amenities, plenty of linen, and the appliances were great for our stay. The place was also VERY clean. I'm very impressed with whomever the cleaning staff is! I am giving three stars over three issues: 1. The shower in the master bath would not get hot. 2. The shower/bath in the guest bath would not drain, resulting in a lot of standing water when you were trying to shower. 3. The door to the balcony from the living area would not lock. Thankfully my toddlers were not strong enough to open it, but I wish it locked for child safety. I did put requests in for the repairs of these issues during our stay, but they were not remedied before we left.

Wonderful view, Wonderful experience

We just returned from our fall break vacation. Our rental was beautiful, nicely decorated, plenty of space, and comfortable. The balcony and the view it offered were an unexpected delight. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice Family Vacation

The first night we stayed, the shower in the main bathroom didn't work correctly. So 6 of us had to share one shower! After reporting the problem, someone was there the next day to fix the shower. Enjoyed the remainder of our stay.

OWNER DOUBLE BOOKED

The owner's sister walked into the condo after we had unpacked and said her sister gave her the condo for the same week. It was extremely stressful and the sister stayed for hours refusing to leave until Vacasa moved them to another facility. I think it was extremely wrong how the owners double booked the condo and did not offer to make right their mistake.

Wonderful winter

We spent 2 and a half months in Summerhouse 1503 B and plan on coming back again! The condo was furnished wonderfully and of course, the view was stunning. The Snobird community was active and there were always things to do if you choose.

The condo itself was lovely. You could supply more things like salt pepper trash bags and chairs for beach. We bought our own and left them for next renter since we couldn’t take on flight. If we had driven from Indians we could have brought these things. Think of renters who fly and what they would have to supply. Chairs from beach way too expensive at 35 per day. Summer house shoul have some of their own or supply umbrellas in confos

Great location

First trip to Orange Beach, and we really enjoyed it. The condo was perfect for our 2 couples and 2 children. The kitchen equipment id well-stocked, plenty of bathroom towels, and no bunk beds! We find those to be so awkward. I don't think sticking a set of bunk beds in an alcove should count as a 3rd bedroom. But this condo has 3 separate bedrooms, all with their own tv's and lots of closet space. It is on the top (15th) floor, and the oversized balcony gave us some great views. The outdoor pool is great, and the combo indoor pool/hot tub is awesome. All in all, we would definitely rent this same space again!

Great condo

This is the second stay in this condo for my family. First time was two years ago. Lots of new things in the condo this year. Loved the new mattress in the master bedroom. Everything works great except we could not get the washer to work. There is an ice maker in the kitchen so you always have ice to put in the ice chest to head to the beach. We loved this feature. You will love this condo. The view is fantastic.
