Great Romantic Getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was amazing, especially being so close to Broadway at the Beach.

Great Condo with a Great View

This was my first time in Myrtle Beach, and our room choice couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was great with a spectacular view! Everything was clean when we arrived. And even the bed was comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Plenty of parking in the garage across the street. The room was very quiet and the sunrises over the water, were out of this world! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone planning a visit to the area.

Relaxing vacay

Enjoyed the condo, was very clean and pictures accurate. Only complaints would be the tub/shower was not draining and the sliding porch doors were difficult. But nothing bothersome enough to call about.

Patricia Grande Penthouse Suite

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The view from our balcony was amazing! We visited Myrtle Beach for relaxation, so the shopping/tourist area of town was not for us. The property was just far enough up from the crowd, so it was perfect. A short 5 minute drive (or a leisurely walk) got us down to the busy area for dinner and a ride on the sky wheel. If you’re looking for a wonderful meal with a nice view and friendly staff, I highly recommend the 20 minute drive to Murrells Inlet and visit Drunken Jacks!

Disappointing

The condo is on the highest 19th floor, it was clean. The balcony is quite narrow and rather scary for someone who doesn't like height. The kitchen is small, you would have to bring all basic ingredients to cook a meal, even the kitchen foil. The main building is dated and looks tired. Unlike the normal rules of always pay and communicate through VRBO, we were contacted by the host/agent to pay via a link, we had to contact VRBO to establish it was legitimate and not a scam. We were required to complete a VIRTUAL CHECK IN process included uploading a valid ID and payment information which was tedious and unusual. We were supposed to have the check-in details two days prior to our stay which was later than normal. A reminder from us via VRBO was not answered, it was worrying as we spent our days on the road, walked or hiked in the mountains and not getting internet until our next destination. Again we contacted VRBO, told them they might have to find us alternative accommodation. It came the day before our stay, without explanation or an apology. The check-out instructions came promptly though warning us an additional night charge when not vacated by 10 am., we found it unnecessary and heavy handed. However we had some fantastic and memorable experiences with other owner rentals. One messaged to say his condo was ready should we wished to get there early, another had a bottle of wine awaiting us.
