We had a great experience!
We absolutely loved the home. The view was INCREDIBLE from the balcony and the gorgeous main room windows! After first walking in we were very pleased with the cleanliness and lack of unpleasant odors that some short term rentals sometimes have. The home was clean, nothing was sticky, oven was sparkling, and there were no crumbs/random hairs. We were impressed! As we went about our stay we were also pleased with the amount of utilities available. Lots of dishes in the kitchen and plenty of furniture for a large group to be comfortable. The AC also worked wonderfully! I loved the separate thermostats for each level. Every family that stayed in the home was very comfortable.
Our complaints were minor:
We did have to buy trash bags. Only 2 were provided for a home that comfortably fit 4 families, which didn’t make sense to me. It wasn’t near enough.
More soft blankets would have been great, but we were still fine!
The family sleeping in the basement rooms did say that they heard a lot of walking/stomping but they are admittedly light sleepers. Put the heavy sleepers in the basement rooms!
Overall a very good stay! We will be back!
