Ritz Carlton Club St Thomas - Oceanfront - Newly Renovated, Lots of Availability

Come experience the ULTIMATE in LUXURY and RELAXATION at The Ritz Carlton Club resort. While staying in the residences/suites you will have access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort, as well as most of those at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel (except the club level). These amenities include 4 restaurants, daily housekeeping, concierge & grocery shopping services, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 beaches, complimentary use of pool/beach chairs & towels, pool & resort games, children's wading pool, fitness center, spa, and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the resort for those who are working or attending school remotely. For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for it.

Here on this five star resort property, you can do as little or as much as you want, making it the perfect vacation for everyone in your family/party. Curl up with a book on one of the balconies/patios overlooking the turquoise waters, or take your book/tablet/laptop to one of the beaches or pools. Want to rent a boat and go out on the water? No problem, you can be picked up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see the island, but there's so much to see and do right at the Ritz Carlton resort that you don't have to leave. Some of the best snorkeling can be found right off the beaches.

Don't worry about the kids. There's a lot for them to do on the resort property as well.

Hungry? There are plenty of options. You can eat at one of the four restaurants, make your own meals in the residence’s gourmet kitchen, do some grilling on one of the resort's top of the line gas grills or get takeout and delivery service from one of the restaurants on site. Enjoy cocktails or dinner while looking out over the ocean and the lights of St. John.

Although my listing at times highlights availability for specific weeks, I actually have availability throughout the year. I have MOST NIGHTS AVAILABLE FOR 2026/2027. This is my family's favorite vacation spot and I have lots of recommendations that I'll be happy to share.

I have access to nights in multiple 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath residences and multiple 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites. They were all renovated in the fall of 2025. If you have a preference for one unit type over the other, please specify in your inquiry or booking. Following is a description of each -

The 2 bedroom residences are 1627 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, powder room in the entry and washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be separated into two single beds, if desired. It also has an en-suite bath and a balcony/patio. The second bedroom in most 2 bedroom residences is smaller than the master bedroom and is located in the back of the building. The first seven pics in the photos section of my listing are of a typical 2 bedroom residence interior. All residences are managed by the Ritz and are decorated and furnished the same, so they all have similar interiors.

The 2 bedroom suites are 1550 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters, full size refrigerator, cooktop, Advantium oven/microwave and dishwasher, The suites also have a stackable washer & dryer, as well as a dining area, and living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king bed, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The next four pics in the photos section of my listing are of a typical 2 bedroom suite interior.

The main differences between the residences & suites are - second bedroom size & bed configuration, location of the second bedroom, ie..ocean facing vs. in the back of the building, and changeover day (Friday vs. Saturday).

PLEASE NOTE - The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath residences at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas typically rent from Saturday to Saturday. I'm happy to accommodate stays of other lengths, but anytime a stay extends through a Saturday, there is the possibility of a room move on that day because Saturday is changeover day in the Ritz residences. This will be the case no matter who you rent from.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites typically rent from Friday to Friday. I'm happy to accommodate stays of other lengths in these as well, but anytime a stay extends through a Friday, there is the possibility of a room move on that day because Friday is changeover day in the Ritz suites.

Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $250 fee per stay for non-members renting at the Club. This fee is per residence, not per person, and it covers your entire stay, whether you're staying one night, one week, or longer. In addition, the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence, not per person, Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare rentals. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.
