This condo was perfect for us. It was great to have a kitchen, living room, balcony, and separate bedroom. We attended a wedding in Manchester and this was only a 20 minute drive. The village was a great spot to grab a bite to eat and to get coffee. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. Beautiful part of the world.

Could use some cleaning and a few updates on some broken items in the unit but overall great unit for a family of 3. Right across from Stratton Village, pool / hot tub area was easy to get to. Porch over looks Lot 1 so depending on time of year im sure it can be noisy. Would rent unit again for sure - thanks

Great Birthday Weekend Getaway!

We had a great time at Stratton resort. Suprised my husband with a 9am, 70 min UTV ride up the summit. We were the only ones with our tour guide and had the entire mountain to ourselves. Lily our tour guide was great. She was knowledgeable and informativable.

Staying here was great. Walk out to Stratton shops and eateries directly into lift line. Room has exactly what you need. Be sure to review what it includes so you can shop/bring accordingly. Had a bad sink issue which wasn't resolved, so hopefully future stays will be better. Would def come back here again!

Location was across the street from Stratton village and mountain, which was perfect. Apartment was very basic for the high price. Furniture in living area was not comfortable for more than one person and kitchen was not fully equipped.

Great place, very convenient

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the slopes. Loved the hot tubs and outdoor pool. Very convenient and easy parking. Only difficult part was check in when our cards didn’t work. Couldn’t get a hold of Vacasa. Asked another guest in the building who directed us to the Bear lodge where we could get new cards.

I really liked how Vacasa agent stayed on the phone with us when we misread our check instruction. She was very nice and kind. We had a problem with the gas fireplace, and someone fixed it without involving us.

Good location and clean. The kitchen has few utensils, glassware, and plates. If you intend to eat in “bring your own.” Since this is a chronic complaint as per prior reviews, do not expect it to be remedied.

The room is exactly as advertised as in the pictures. It’s not at all updated and other rooms on this property look to be. Overall, the room felt a bit pricey for what we got, but it was so convenient. Pros:- easy access to the mountain and town- main pool / spa area was nice apres ski (although closed 2 of 3 nights during our stay for maintenance). - property was not huge and we were with other families and made it easy to meet up- ski lockers are downstairs but we had to go to main lobby in a different building to ask for a lock. Guess it’s byo lock with this room. Cons- kitchen was not fully stocked as advertised. There was not even a pot to boil water or a pan to cook with. We spoke with Vacasa who did deliver new pans but not a pot to cook pasta in as we had asked for. Also, first Vacasa rep we spoke to said that cookware was not guaranteed with our rental even though it clearly says so on listing. 2nd Vacasa rep was much more helpful.- I don’t think the top of the refrigerator had been dusted in 2 years.- couch is annoying. The cushions kept coming off with slightest movement. There were some strange buckles underneath but we could not really figure out how to use- closets were messy. Empty boxes, no hangers, etc. - property faces the road and plows start early and it was very loud. - shower was very slippery and could be dangerous for some. Would be helpful to have a mat- area carpets seemed dirty. We put aside as we did not want to walk on them.
