A long needed vacation.

We had such a great time. The house was clean and the location was great. The only thing I'd had liked to have was wifi and working cable but it wasn't a deal breaker. We will be back.

Nice pool, greta view of the hills out all back windows and patio. Great covered pation with seating for the eight of us. We awere able to watch all the college footballl games on the large screen TV. Dineer at The Laurel Tree was superb. Could not ahve been a better weekend. Thanks

The property was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The pool is a plus, especially if the river is low. Access to the river is close. We do still rent a golf cart to get our stuff to and from the river.

We cooked all of our meals - don't forget cooking spray/oil and spices! Along with other cooking essentials - foil, foil pans, etc. We did have an ant problem by the pool - someone came over to take a look but couldn't treat because they didn't find an active mound. Patio was perfect and the washer/dryer was a plus. We will be booking again for next year.

River Dance in Concan

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was unable to stay due to a surgery but my four brothers were able to enjoy the weekend there. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Check in went seamlessly,the manager provided good friendly customer service. It is just steps away from the river and in a very beautiful and quiet area. My brothers enjoyed the fire pit Saturday night. Positive recommendations for this property to friends and relatives for groups of up to 10 people. The price was in line for the area but wish it was more reasonable(don't we all). I am not sure what restaurant they went to but it was good but due the time of the year, the only one open. They did go down to the river which they said was kinda low right now but still flowing.

Amazing Getaway

Great location close to the river and in a perfect neighborhood. The house is very well kept up with and has a great view with huge windows that over look the back yard and hill country. While we did experience an issue with the air conditioner not cooling, the manager on duty was very prompt in addressing our concern and had a repairman there the next morning. The home had everything needed to enjoy the area. We will definitely plan another stay here!
