Komplett umgestaltete 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung am Meer. Quarzzähler und 16x16 Fliese in der Küche und in den Bädern. Holzmaserung Fliesen im Wohn / Schlafzimmer. Erweitertes Hauptbad mit Klarglasduschtüren. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit erweitertem Durchgang für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten und größerem Meerblick. King-Size-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten, Schlafsofa, drei Fernseher (Flachbildfernseher, Smart-Fernseher mit Passwort, HI-DEF im Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer), Stereoanlage. Weber Holzkohlegrill, schlagfeste Fenster und Schieber sowie Highspeed-Internetzugang. Plantagenfensterläden im gesamten Gebäude. Im Summerhouse stehen 4 temperaturgeregelte Pools zur Auswahl, sodass Sie das ganze Jahr über bequem schwimmen können! Es gibt auch vier Tennisplätze, zwei Racquetballplätze und einen Pickleballplatz. Wir haben zwei Grillplätze und zwei Spielplätze für Kinder, die sich an beiden Enden des Grundstücks befinden. Unser Gemeinschaftsbereich rund um die Pools ist mit üppigem, gepflegtem Gras bedeckt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unsere Mieteinheit verfügt über ein freundliches Front-Office-Personal und eine Wartung vor Ort, um Probleme schnell zu lösen, falls sie auftreten sollten. Wir haben eine kleine Bibliothek und ein Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung während der normalen Geschäftszeiten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

We were stuck watching cable or just Netflix. No other apps. I almost went and bought new TVs. That’s how aggravating that was. The vertical blinds are a disaster. Constantly falling. Please replace them with curtains on a track that you just pull across. Mold on master bath ceiling needs remediation. Likely caused by bathroom vent not working. Overhead fan in guest bedroom also not working. One shelf from pantry needs to be removed from the bottom so a trash can can fit in there. The oversized trash can provided takes up way too much room in a small space. We do love this condo, so hopefully these things get fixed and we will stay there again.

Kind of eerie at night. You feel someone is watching you! Something going on with plug behind the sofa. Lamp to the right wasn’t working, tried switching bulb from the other, but that wasn’t it. So we switched lamps, had to use an extension cord for it to work from another plug. View wasn’t the best for the ocean. (Bushes a tad high)But understand about erosion.
