Thank you for staying with us and for the positive comments about the views, location and the comfortable bed. We’re glad our team made you feel welcome. I’m sorry you couldn’t fully enjoy the amenities and for the trouble with the elevator fob, we’ll have our maintenance team inspect the fob system and improve the check-in instructions. Regarding the deep soaker tub, I apologize for the inconvenience of the high step and lack of a separate shower; we’ll review options to improve guest safety and add clearer guidance about water temperature and safe entry. We appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve, and we hope to host you again.

Thank you very much for your great review, Staci! We are very happy you had a flawless stay. The tub is quite steep, we are looking into renovating and need the confirmation from the building to do so. As for the check-in, it can get busy from 3-4pm as it is check in time. We appreciate your patience with us and are happy you enjoyed yourself! You have a home with us!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review and excellent feedback, Brandi! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the stunning views and had a wonderful time in our apartment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise from neighboring units. While we don't have direct control over all the units, we take the comfort of our guests seriously. Our dedicated security team works diligently to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Regarding parking, we understand that valet parking can be expensive. As an alternative, we always recommend our guests to book a space in the adjacent parking lot at the Bank of America building, which is just a short 2 minute walk from the lobby. It offers a more affordable option. We understand that walking in the rain can be inconvenient, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused in that regard. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future.

Thank you for your kind feedback, Joy. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the amenities and the fantastic location. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the queen-size couch. It is, in fact, a futon designed to accommodate one person comfortably. We regret any confusion this may have caused. Regarding parking, we do encourage our guests to book a spot in the adjacent lot in advance. We are always available to answer questions, and we apologize if this information was not clear during the booking process. Our parking is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk away, and valet parking is also available for your convenience. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the television streaming. Our understanding was that the issue had been resolved during your stay. Regarding towels, we provide an ample supply for our guests, and additional towels can be found inside the closet. To assist with refreshing towels, we provide a few washing machine pods as well. The building prioritizes guest safety and maintains a check-in process to monitor access and ensure a secure environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We sincerely hope that, overall, you had a good stay and that you will consider giving us another opportunity in the near future. It was a pleasure hosting you!

Hi Chris! Thank you so much for staying with us! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your feedback! Many of our rooms do feature deep soaking tubs, which can be a little tricky to get in and out of. When making your reservation, you can always request a room with a separate walk-in shower or one without such a deep tub. We hope you will come back and see for yourself again soon!
