Unsere 1 Schlafzimmer (Loft) und 1, 5 Badezimmer Wohnung ist alles über seine Lage nahe dem Herzen des historischen Touristenviertels von Durango. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Blocks (weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß) von der historischen Hauptstraße und einem scheinbar endlosen Angebot an Restaurants, Geschäften und Galerien.

Es gibt einen überdachten Parkplatz unter dem Gebäude und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und einen kleinen Balkon. Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Durango Joes Coffee Shop und von Durango Natural Foods Coop.

In town for business, this condo was perfect for my needs. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Only minor flaw was the parking spot, which is small and often occupied by other vehicles, but other spots were available so not a huge deal.

Instructions/Communication were very clear. The condo had everything we needed. It's in a great location as you are in walking distance to the downtown hot spots. I didn't give the highest rating because the surrounding building were very sketchy. We didn't encounter any issues, tho.

Great stay!

This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside).

This condo unit was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, so conveniently located, quiet, safe, with covered parking…we were able to easily walk to downtown so a couple of days we didn’t even use our car. With the Sojo Amenity boxes throughout the unit, we had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful visit to Durango. The place was clean and a good location. It suited our needs for the visit. Please note that the parking space that comes with the unit is very small. With a large truck, we were unable to use. I'm not a fan of all of the packaged supplies that come with a Vacasa rental - not very friendly for our earth.

Great Location

Great location, some traffic noise, and stairs up to the unit. The first photo in the listing said there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. It is just a loveseat. Other than a few small things, the condo was comfortable and well equipped.
