Great Stay

We had a great time, the place is stunning, and much bigger than we expected. It is so close to the village, we were able to walk there in 5 minutes, which was perfect.

Was exactly what we needed. A nice, convenient, spacious place drivable from Toronto, near water and hills, with room to have meetings and fun!

REALLY CLEAN PROPERTY

Had an amazing time. Place was spacious and close enough to the village. Really quiet. Only problem was parking is limited to 2 vehicles and there is alot of parking available right in the lot. Other then that highly recommend

Skiing family

Liked the ski room by the front door for all the skis, poles and boots. Not as close as we were hoping to the lifts. Furniture can use updating. No real wow factor. Too expensive for what we got. Very clean and customer service was great.

Location only

This house is waking distance from the village which is perfect if you’re skiing or snowboarding.. great size, showers are not so good, water pressure is weak, hot water would just stop after 10pm.. including in the middle of my shower! The water issue mysteriously resolved in the mornings, and the management team contacted me in little time but as it was resolved we didn’t need them to come by. I also had issues with internet and it was resolved quickly as well. I’d rent again as it is pretty close to the mountain and the management team is great.

Family stay for 3 days

The unit was clean when we arrived. Spacious, so it is great for big families. We did encounter a few issues during our stay. The lights in the staircase and one of the bedroom needed a new bulb as it was flickering. The 2 bathroom lights and vent where the bedrooms were, tripped. I was dealing with Vacasa and the customer service who I spoke to escalated the issue and sent a tech / maintenance crew who was really helpful and fixed all that. Our last day, there was a leak in their ceiling coming from the master’s bedroom - washroom. So, for me, it was great, but not safe until they fix the issues. It was comfortable and safe stay, with a little bit of mishap. Thank you!

Nice place to stay

I like everything about the place, clean, the property looks updated, the dry sauna was a neat feature, its near the main Blue Mountain, the backyard is up right a golf course, enough beds for a big family. My only comment would be that the bedsheets where my son and mother used smelled. Other than that the property is worth the amount paid.

Nice family rental.

Beautiful and spacious , just like the pictures. Plenty of clean linen and towels. Great for kids, they had a dollhouse in the main floor which was nice. Check in and out was a breeze, just wish check out was later, felt a little rushed packing up with kids but that’s everyone’s policy it seems. Great stay, would recommend it.

Pros- place was big, free parking, easy check in, 5min walking distance to blue mountain Cons- dusty, to many ant traps- washroom needs to be updated , old washroom certain, musty smells, long stairs, hard to take luggage, utensils are old and used, no ac in the top rooms, dirty smell from sauna , they should take that out, we left sauna door closed. Decor is dated, Xmas stuff everywhere.

Check in was easy- just code to the door and it was spacious . Cons : ac worked in living room only, not in the room too humid, washroom were old and washroom curtain was old and dirty- the pans were really old and not washed- the place smelled bad and decor was out of season. Really dusty. Not renovated - maybe painted. Aunt traps and bugs everywhere. If you going with family , stay at hotel or somewhere nice.

Fantastic vacation house

Thus was 1 of 3 houses we rented for the week... this one was fantastic!! The check in process was easy breezy...although it could have bee indicated clearer that we did not have to actually go to any place to check in... all the info was in the email sent...so once we realized that all went smoothly!! The houses were all spotless....well kept and fully stocked with all dishes and utensils you will need!! Will definitely recommend this house and this company!!

Overall great experience...

Excellent villa, home away from home type of appeal. Convenient having all the dishes, utensils, cookware, towels, laundry, dishwasher and bbq. Tons of space, great view of the golf course and private entrance. 3 bathrooms 2 showers makes getting ready a breeze. Could've been a little bit cleaner tho. Easy rental process. Highly recommend
