You can watch freighters traverse up and down, as well as boats from the expansive waterfront deck. If you bring your boat, you will have access to ONE secured outside boat slip for a maximum length of 26' . (Boathouse not available to renters) Fish or swim from our pier. Enjoy the outdoor deck views with a fire pit. You will marvel at the living space this home has to offer. Open concept with living room, dining, sitting area and granite counter top kitchen and full bath. There is a separate coffee/wet bar area complete with a second oven, a stackable washer and dryer and office area.
