The complex is great, the room was beautiful and fully equipped with anything you could need. The view, pool area and accessibility to the beach were amazing!The indoor pool is a good piece away-all of the way at the end of the parking lot. Half of the equipment in the workout room was broken and the hot tub was not working for most of our week there. The playground looked different from the pics-no swing at all. Our condo floor needed a good mopping, but otherwise it was very clean! The cleaning crew must have forgotten the balcony as we found empty beer cans and a moldy glass out there. We added an extra night to our stay, but our door code expired and we were locked out temporarily. The company quickly fixed the issue and we were able to gain access. I love this area and would stay here again.

I’ll notify housekeeping to deep‑clean the unit and reinforce our cleaning checklist and pre‑arrival inspections so that doesn’t happen again. I’ve also reported the broken fitness equipment and the hot tub outage to building management so maintenance can address them quickly. We’ll confirm the playground layout with the HOA and update our listing/photos if anything has changed. Apologies for the door code issue after your extra night — we’ll review our extension/check‑in procedures with the building to prevent future lockouts. The unit was clean and had a great view of the beach. Everything in rental was as appeared on website images. Host was slow to respond to questions prior to arrival. One response was received a week after we had completed our stay. My only complaint about the unit was the water heater should be much larger for 8 person capacity. We were constantly running out of hot water.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. This is an older building but the property has been well maintained. Would consider renting again.

Spring break 2025

The unit is well stocked, clean and met my family's needs perfectly. Great furniture in the patio and of course the great view of the Gulf. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. The outdoor pool was closed due to construction/painting, but we knew about that well before we came.
