Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur wenige Minuten vom Roosevelt-See entfernt, einem der besten Erholungsgebiete von Arizona. Dieser Rückzug mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder einen großartigen Kurzurlaub für ein Paar. Es hat eine geräumige Terrasse mit Abdeckung und Grill zum Zubereiten eines guten Essens. Die Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, einen Herd und einen Kühlschrank. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in einem geschlossenen Bereich direkt vor der Tür. Diese Eigenschaft ist knapp einen halben Morgen und verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze für Besucher und Ihr Spielzeug und ist eingezäunt.

Cozy Lake House

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time! Tons of trails for sxs riding right from the property. The house is adorable, clean and comfortable and the fully fenced property was perfect for our fur babies! We will definitely stay here again!

The cabin is adorable, clean and very welcoming. Everything you need is there, plenty of yard space for the boat and the launch ramp is just up the road. You will not be disappointed.

Close to Nature

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked our stay to go UTV riding and the trails in the area did not disappoint! It was a bonus to ride directly from the house. So many trails we hardly scratched the surface. We also ventured out and enjoyed local Cliff Dwelling tour. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

I highly recommend staying here!

We go fishing pretty regularly at Roosevelt Lake. I’ve rented several houses in the Tonto Basin/Roosevelt Lake are and this house is by far, the best one I’ve found! I’d recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Tonto Basin and Roosevelt Lake. The location is perfect. We were 3 miles from restaurants/bars, 3 miles from a boat ramp to the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for many enjoyable meals. We had several nights of good fires in the firepit. We’ll definitely be going back, hopefully sooner than later. Overall, the trip was fantastic and the house was very nice, well appointed, great amenities, clean, AND great communication with the owner.

Great House and Location

Had a long stay at this VRBO and would enjoy a repeat in the future. Everything in the home was comfortable to include it being pet friendly. Location was great, close to the lake where I took my kayak and/or just sat on the beach and enjoyed the mountainous views. People I met were super friendly. There were a couple of issues that surfaced at the house and the response by the host was super fast. I even had a vehicle issue and they were immediate in helping guide how to move forward with that. Great stay!

This place at Tonto Basin was everything plus what it said it would be, took my grandson on our first fishing trip together with out his parents and sister. We had one rain day and did not get board at all. I am putting this place at top of my list I will be back.

Very relaxing & tranquil

I stayed here with a friend just to check out area for summer time and Had such an amazing time hanging out at the Cabin and just enjoying the beautiful views and weather on the deck. I am looking forward to spending time here in the summer with my Special needs son who wants to be at the lake 24/7 I know he will have an amazing time at the lake and spending time at the cabin. SO looking forward to it. Christa is an amazing host and we will diffidently stay again :) can't wait.

Great house and property!

We rented this property over the New Year holiday to escape fireworks in the valley and had a nice quiet stay. Upon our arrival check in was easy and we entered into a clean, cutely decorated house. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials for us to cook meals. Living room and bedroom were both comfortable. Christa and Mike were fantastic hosts and were accommodating to make sure everything went well with our stay! All communications were excellent and prompt! Thanks for making us and our dogs feel so welcome!

Perfect VRBO to go to the lake!

I don’t often leave reviews, and honestly, I’d prefer to keep this gem of a VRBO to myself so that I could book it every weekend! It was so nice to have a comfortable place to come back to after a day on the lake. The house was well stocked with all of the comforts of home, which made eating healthy a breeze. My husband enjoyed having space to work on the boat if needed and our dogs enjoyed sniffing everything under the sun! Christa was awesome in her communications and very kind! We look forward to being back in 2 weeks!

Our stay was excellent for our lake trip. This was an excellent location for boat access, restaurant, stores, and gas. Christa was an excellent host and her lake house decor and special touches were above our expectations. We will return.

I have owned in the Tonto Basin area since April 2007. I was a weekender that came up on the weekends with my husband and children. In the summer we went boating, fishing and hiking and in the winter we rode the trails, biked, hiked and enjoyed the quiet area. We still do this and we want others to be able to enjoy the beauty that we have enjoyed for all these years. It is a great area to bring your kids and plenty to do and see.
