Great Stay at Samsara Resort

The property was just as pictured. We had 14 people and there was plenty of space for all of us, it never felt cramped. Easy checkin/checkout process. All ammentities you need for a weekend get away.

Best accommodation for large hiking group

We were eight who had a great stay for our hiking trip to Banff. The place was big enough and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub helped to unwind at the end of the day. Strongly recommend the stay.

Great location with nice views.We spent a week there.Condo was roomy for 4 couples.Nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom.Kitchen fairly well equipped.King and Queen size beds were comfortable but the twin beds were just okay.Bring your own nightlight for the hallway and bathrooms.Keep in mind two of the bedrooms are on the third floor of the condo for those who may have issues with stairs.Also they mentioned that the front door automatically shuts but neglected to tell us that the garage door does that also, so just be aware.Any concerns we had were quickly answered by Anson. He was readily available. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here for the family wedding and it was perfect. The place was very clean and very well equipped. Having rented hundreds of VRBOs over the years I can say that this was one of the best experiences.

Amazing Property

Super location and amazing property! Enough room for all our family to spread out and enjoy the many levels of this spacious property. Several enjoyed the hot tub every day. Super upscale kitchen with all the appliances you could need/want to enjoy making meals at home. Would stay here again!

Wonderful property

Wonderful clean property, we stayed 4 days and skied at sunshine, the drive to sunshine village was about 30 minutes, we were able to ski and make dinner everyday, and visit Banff areas. Would definite recommend this property if you plan to ski at sunshine.

Gatsby Canmore was perfect for our ski trip

The place was new clean, and nice. Kitchen has everything you need, easy access with key pads, hot tub was hot and ready to use. Easy to contact management, Madeline was super helpful. Easy drives to sunshine and lake Louise. Canmore was a very cute town and fun place to stay! Great stay!

Great place

Place was really nice and well equipped. Having 4 rooms each with an ensuite is nice. 2 of the rooms have 2 beds each which is great for families, but not ideal for couples. Keep in mind there are lots of stairs. Great place to stay in Canmore. Garage is pretty small to fit a truck or SUV. Would fit a small car. Parking on the street nearby was not an issue.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gatsby condo. It was located in a quiet area, but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The high ceiling made the main living area feel more spacious than you would expect for its square footage, and it is very well maintained. The bathrooms were large, very attractive and spotlessly clean. The furnishings were comfortable, except the two double beds in one of the bedrooms: they were short, like a mattress laid on the floor, making them difficult to sit on (there were no chairs in the room), and difficult to get out of. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. We never figured out how to use the gas stovetop burners (maybe there were instructions somewhere that we did not find?), but all other appliances worked well. One caveat: there are many stairs between the four levels, so if your group includes a person who has trouble with stairs, read the property description carefully.

It was a great accommodation in a nice location. It was comfortable for the 8 women who stayed here two nights. The only thing we were disappointed in was the smell of the hot tub. It smelled of chemicals and wasn’t inviting.

This property was beautiful with all the fine touches. The places was spotless and welcoming us right from the start . Madeline was great to communicate with for anything we needed. Loved the decor for with the inspirational quotes on the pillows. Loved the kitchen! Tons of space to have your own little quiet time with front and back decks and the lower level seating room as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will be back soon!

A great property in an amazing location.

Ten of us stayed in this lovely home with room for everyone. It’s very convenient to grocery stores and downtown Canmore. We cooked almost every meal which might be unusual. It is not well stocked for cooking utensils or pots and pans, but we managed. Just be aware if you plan to cook or bake. No coffee grinder, no skillet, and no mixer.

Family Trip to Mountains 2023

This was our annual family trip to the Mountains and we picked Canmore for this year. This was the perfect size to accomodate 4 couples and 3 children. Lots of stairs but that worked out okay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and tv. It was as described. We enjoyed the amenities provided. The kitchen is well stocked. Amazing views from the top deck as well as from the living room deck and walking distance to downtown Canmore. We used the hot tub each night we were there, another bonus. Perfect location for families or larger groups.

Alberta Skiing Hub

Immaculate property! Truly inspiring design and excellent location. Very close to grocery and access to restaurants in Canmore. 30 minute drive to Sunshine Village, 1 hour to Lake Louise. Garage was full of owners personal items, making it impossible to park a car in it but great staging location for gear. Hot tub was hot every day, did get very dirty after 5 days of use, seems filter wasn’t working or cleaning chemicals weren’t being used in float. Fireplace was immaculate and about an 80” tv not shown in the pictures. Heated floors in bathrooms were a great touch. On two occasions the power throughout the second floor went out, had to find breaker panel and reset. There are 2 sets of washers and dryers but only one of the washers worked. Overall, a great experience!
