Das Five Palms Beach House ist der Höhepunkt jahrelanger Vermietung mittelmäßiger Ferienimmobilien, träumt vom perfekten Urlaubsziel / Haus und plant und baut es schließlich. Dies ist das Ferienhaus unserer Familien und kein Detail wurde übersehen. Sie finden Luxus und Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie in keinem anderen Hotel finden. Denn auch dies ist das Ferienhaus unserer Familien, das unsere Familie mit Ihnen teilen möchte. Und wer schon mal gemietet hat, kennt den Unterschied. Wenn Sie durch die Tür gehen und schnorcheln und / oder fischen möchten, holen Sie sich die beste Hummerpizza aller Zeiten und laufen Sie 5 km den Strand hinunter und sehen Sie nicht jeden Tag eine andere Person. Dies ist das Ferienhaus für Sie. Dieses Haus soll mit einem entspannten, entspannten, komfortablen und luxuriösen Interieur genossen werden. Unser Zuhause ist kinderfreundlich und glücklich für Erwachsene!

Vor kurzem haben wir auch ein 7. Schlafzimmer für das Haupthaus sowie ein Gästehaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern im hinteren Bereich für unsere größeren Gruppen hinzugefügt.

our group of nine high school friends of 40 years completely enjoyed our stay at five Palms. It has literally ruined us for any VROB’s the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked for a chef. The toys are outstanding. Pool is fabulous Pickleball court was outstanding. I just can’t stay enough about this property. You can tell that the owner takes great care and making sure guests are well taken care of.Beryl and Julian the house managers make sure you’re every need is met. The beach is cleaned every day toys ready to play with. There is literally something for everyone.

We just returned from the most incredible family vacation in the Bahamas, and we can’t say enough good things about this home! Our entire family, three daughters, their spouses, and our two grandkids, stayed together comfortably with more than enough space for everyone.The house was so well stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, which made everything easy and relaxing. Our days fell into the perfect rhythm: mornings playing pickleball (such a fun way to start the day!), time spent enjoying the beautiful beach, and then afternoons lounging and swimming in the pool.One of the sweetest highlights was how much the grandkids loved it. They were having so much fun that they actually asked to go to bed each night because they were exhausted and excited to do it all again the next day!A special shoutout to Beryl, who cooked for us a few evenings. She is an amazing cook, and her desserts are absolutely the best.We had such a wonderful experience that we’ve already booked again for next year. Highly, highly recommend this property for a memorable family getaway!

We had a great stay. The house has everything you need and in a great location on a beautiful beach, but with a pool too. Close to Central Eleuthera and all the sites you'd want to visit.

This place is amazing!!! We were 14 Adults & 4 children ages 1 thru 12 years. We loved how the house was laid out. Everyone had there owns space. Never once was we crowded. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need for preparing your meals. Beryl & Julian were so helpful during our stay they felt like family by the time we left the Island.

I can not say enough great things about this house. Our family stayed here for a week (9 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach is RIGHT there and the pool is great! Beryl and her family are fabulous and help out with anything you need. They are there everyday to check on you and clean the beach. It's fabulous. I would not hesitate a moment to return there next year!!

Our amazing time at 5 Palms Eleuthra

We have been fortunate as a family of 15+, to have stayed with VRBO in Australia, Arizona, Hawaii and Eleuthra. 5 Palms was the outstanding winner, with every amenity one could ask for and more. The accommodations are 5 star as well as the staff. The owners are extremely helpful when planning and the trip was done problem free , even with 17 of us from 3 months to 95 years. Although the food selection in the local food stores is about 20% higher in general, the selection is fine for most tastes, as well as the liquor selection. Enjoy!!!!

Amazing Home in Gorgeous Setting

This home was perfect for our party of 11, ranging in age from 20-80 years old. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of room to spread out, watch movies, eat dinner together at a giant table, sit at the beach or on the deck, in the sun room. Plenty of furniture, beach toys, shaded areas right by the water, umbrellas, chairs, everything you need. Little extras like paper towels, toilet paper, spices, flour- all of these were just available. Beryl and Julian did everything to keep up the home and answer any questions for us. Susan is a fabulous communicator from start to finish. She arranged all of the transportion from the airport and back and had vehicles for us to rent. Weather in Eleuthera in March was perfect!!! Highly recommend.

Perfect property!

5 Palms is a lovely home for 3 generations to gather. The beach is private and, thanks to the reefs, the waves are not overwhelming for children. The reef is close enough to reach snorkel and kayaking. We found out how hard paddle boarding is! Literally everything is provided for beach and pool play. The house is perfect for finding a space away from the group and/or to join in the group. Pool and pickle ball added to the fun. There are games and DVDs galore in the gameroom but we were all too exhausted by evening to do anything but go to bed! I feel very fortunate to have found this property. Thanks to Susan, Beryne and Julius!

Amazing Vacation Home for Family Memories

Our July stay at Five Palms was two years in the planning and provided all of us with incredible experiences and memories. Five Palms fit our family of 16 including 8 grandchildren from 3 to 13 perfectly, offering so many on-site activities. Our sons and families spent hours on the beach and in the water, snorkeling, fishing and kayaking. When everyone wanted a change, it was down to the pool in the afternoon to swim. Renting both vehicles made it convenient to venture forth to several wonderful beaches. Our favorites were Ten Bay Beach, Lighthouse Beach (hiked in) and Ocean Hole. Five Palms sits on a stunning beach, is well planned, spacious, and the most comfortable of all the homes we have rented over the years. Susan, the owner is very responsive and the staff beyond helpful. Susan recommended bringing a cooler of frozen meats, which worked out well. Beryl’s cinnamon buns and cupcakes were the grandkids favorites! Loved stopping by for fresh mangos at local stands and smoothies at the Blue Seahorse in Rock Sound. This was our first visit but this won’t be our last!

Our group of 8 returned to Five Palms in March after a Christmas stay in 2017, and for us, that says it all -- we love to travel to new places and try new things, but Five Palms made repeat visitors out of us. The property is in fantastic condition with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, an amazingly well-stocked kitchen (and wine pantry!), and vast amounts of entertainment options from water sports to DVDs/books/games. Beryl is a font of all information as well as a terrific cook -- I've seen reviews recommending one or another of her dishes, and can tell you they're ALL good. The owners are a delight. The optional rental van was well maintained (and relatively easy to drive on the "wrong" side of the road!). The pool and beach were perfect, and taken care of daily. We honestly love this place and highly recommend it to groups of all ages -- they have plenty of child-friendly features & equipment for the youngest travelers, teens will love it, adults can't do better. There's so much to do just on the property itself that you might miss out on cute little restaurants, boat tours, snorkeling, deep see fishing, or excursions to nearby beaches or islands. Five Palms makes it really hard for us to want to try any place new when they do it all so well!

Incredible and Amazing family vacation

My family of 12 which included 4 grandchildren (ages 5-9) ventured from Montana to an amazing house, beach and island. The house was exactly as pictured only better. It is well cared for and includes everything you could want and more. We wanted for nothing and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach along with getting to know Beryl and Julian. The meal when we arrived from a long trip was a great welcome and a nice touch to the beginning of our week-long stay. We had Beryl prepare two more birthday meals for us and they were special as well. Although food is expensive we had access to all that we needed and she helped with some items before we arrived. We spent many hours sitting by the beach and a few of us took snorkeling lessons with Flipper in the pool. Most of us snorkeled every day right out our own private beach and Flipper took 6 for spear fishing. Everyone saw amazing species of fish, turtles, and rays. Volleyball and kayacking were also popular. Sitting out on the beach or deck in the morning and enjoying the sunrise and the ocean waves breaking is a vivid memory of mine and the pictures we all took will be treasured forever. The views from the house were spectacular. We especially enjoyed walking the beach in both directions and finding sea shells. The boys and their fathers built amazing sand castles and ran down each morning to see if the sea had taken them away. We had a 12 passage van that all of us could go together and explore the island in both directions. We also had a terrific meal at Tippy's and spent some time on surfers beach one afternoon. Susan gave us great customer service and answered all our questions whenever we communicated. My husband, three grown children, spouses and grandkids all agreed we should go back as this is truly a paradise vacation! If you are thinking of vacationing at 5 palms, don't hesitate as it is everything advertised and more.

Five Palms was fantastic! We were two families of five each, with six teenagers total. Played lots of Pickleball, enjoyed the pool and beach, and overall had an awesome time. The home is as described in the summary and in the pictures. Our favorite excursion was a 4-5 hour boat tour with Captain Ruben thru Tyman Tours. Saw the swings, turtles, and pigs, and enjoyed some snorkeling. Loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

Great family vacation

We have traveled a lot as a family and I can say Five Palms is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. We had 20 in our group from grandparents down to 6 months old . The house and guest house were large enough to house us all with plenty of room for the grown ups to enjoy coffee on the screened in porch while the children played in the game room . The beach was amazing , the pool was great, and we all had fun learning to play pickle ball . Berle cooked all out meals and they were amazing . She also answered our many questions . Her husband Jillian kept the grounds so nice and quickly fixed anything that needed attention. Susan, the owner , was the best to work with . She always quickly answered any questions I might have and sent me lots of information before the trip to help me plan. If I could give it 100 stars I would. We can’t wait to go back !

A Slice of Paradise

We just returned from 5 Palms in early April and had the best Spring Break vacation. The house is just as wonderful as it looks in the listing. We had 4 families and 5, 16-year-old boys. The setup of the house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their space and the boys loved having their own space downstairs. The screened porch was wonderful to enjoy our coffee and Beryl's Mom's delicious cinnamon buns in the morning or wind down with a cocktail in the evening! The pool was wonderful and the boys loved hanging out there after a day on the beach. We played pickleball, beach volleyball, and basketball, but I think our crew enjoyed being able to snorkel off the reef in front of the house the most! Beryl, who manages the home, and her husband Julian, who takes care of the grounds and the pool, are nothing short of true treasures! We enjoyed the time we spent with them and all the meals Beryl prepared for us. We ended up having her cook more than we planned because everything was so delicious! This was a dream vacation at a dream destination in the perfect home! We are already looking forward to another stay at 5 Palms!

More than your typical VRBO!

This house comes fully stocked with everything you might need including water toys, life vests, snorkeling gear, fishing gear, and sailboat. Lots of extras you wouldn’t expect. There are a few local food options but I would highly recommend the optional cook that keeps the house up. The best vrbo that we have stayed at.

Beautiful Home and Location

Our home at The Five Palms house was the perfect post holiday trip that my family needed! We had plenty of room to spread out , the house was very well stocked, and we loved the convenience of the beach and pool right at the house. The pickle ball court was also a huge hit! As good as you could hope for...!

Three generations of our family (10 in all, ages 2 to 82) rented Five Palms Beach House for the week between Christmas and New Years 2019-2020. Five Palms exceeded every expectation we had as a place for our family to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary.  What is not clear from its website is that the home is blessedly alone on its own stretch of beach facing the Atlantic. We had our own surf, our own beach boards and kayaks (provided by the host family), our own ample inside space with the main rooms looking out over the surf. With its “bohio” (palm-covered porch on the sand by the waves, its wooden deck at the side of the house for watching the stars, its gem of a swimming pool on the non-Atlantic edge of the home next to its Pickle Ball court, our clan had a fully-equipped and beautifully maintained isolation that is almost never found in the rest of our crowded lives. Five Palms is not a resort; it is its own private treasure of a place.  You are not renting a commercial vacation beach house, you are sharing someone's well-equipped home. There are a variety of spaces for small group discussions or large group gatherings (a favorite of ours was the breezy screened-in porch overlooking the ocean); the range of activities available at the house kept us coming back from any Island excursion glad just to be “home.”  The support staff led, by Beryl (home keeper) and her husband Julian (outdoor manager), made us feel like we were enjoying an informal Bahamian version of “Downton Abbey.” We happily hired Beryl to prepare four of our six evening meals—and relished not only her dinners but also her leftovers. Note: Beryl cooked to meet the needs of our Celiac-affected family and made no big deal of it; the chicken, pork, stone crab legs, and fresh-caught lobster were delicious AND gluten-free.  Our interactions with the owners were special -- positive, useful, friendly. Good people all. Our family loved every bit of our stay, and hope to return. (To wake up to the sound of surf and shore breezes and to spend the night looking at stars is well worth the hassle of getting through Bahamian airports.) R&C Morgan

Wonderful family destination!

We have rented this home 3 times, and it has been amazing every time. We travel with a large group of children and adults. The home is decorated perfectly and stocked with everything needed for a stress free trip. The location is rural, so if you have a group looking for a “party scene” or “night life” this is not the property for them! We like to cook, read on the beach, snorkel and sit by the pool so this home is perfect! We always rent the van so we can go to Governor’s Harbor for the Friday night fish fry, go to the grocery store and do a few day trips to the pink beach and Tippy’s. It is a beautiful and relaxing property.

If we could give it 10 stars we would

We went to five palms not really knowing what to expect. We had never been on a "real" vacation before and we were traveling with a 10 month old child. We were absolutely blown away at the piece of paradise that is five palms. The property is so private, and peaceful. The beach is amazing and unlike any other I have ever been to. We never saw another person on the beach the whole time we were there. It was like we were on our own private little island. The house was stocked with absolutely everything you could imagine/want or need. There is no easy way to explain how nice it was to feel like they had literally thought of everything. There were beach toys, pool toys, house toys, kitchen gadgets galore, super comfortable beds, lots of space and just a really great vibe to relax in. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. As a group it would be where we reconvened after the day to watch the sun go down, enjoy some drinks, listen to the ocean and enjoy the sea breeze. The stars at night are amazing because the island genuinely gives off no light pollution. It was one of the best sky's I've ever seen. All in all, the property was absolutely amazing and exceeded every expectation we had. The staff are SO good at what they do and really great people. Beryl's cooking is the absolute best. It was an incredible trip and we will be back. I don't think this is the kind of place you could only do once, it's genuinely that good.

Secluded perfection!

There really are no words to adequately describe the beauty and seclusion of The Five Palms homes and property. The utter relaxation our entire family felt and the time we were able to focus on each other because of it’s seclusion, is unmatched. The hours of conversation under the beach tiki, the late night swims, the snorkeling, watching the moon rise over the ocean, the daily am conversations with Julian, the delicious Beryl meals - memories we will never forget and I’m just scratching the surface. The house and guest house was the perfect accommodations for our group of 12 adults and 3 children. And if you’re bringing children, they have everything at for them - from high chairs, pack-n-plays, toys, books, coloring station, movies and more. There is a nice sized grocery store about 15 minutes from the house, but hire Beryl to make as many dinners as possible! Delicious and affordable. If you want to fish or snorkel, definitely bring your own gear. The website says there are glass bottom kayaks, but according to the caretaker those are long gone. They do have two that work good, sans the glass bottoms. We will absolutely be back. All of us are in agreement that we have to go back and we have to stay longer. It’s totally worth the day of travel!

fabulous place to stay in Eleuthera

The property is exactly as advertised - comfortable, well equipped and well taken care of. We had everything we needed for our 3 generations of family. The house manager Beryl was attentive and helpful and made us two delicious meals. Grounds are well maintained. Snorkeled off the beach with all equipment provided, great location with easy access to Rock Sound. We used both the main house and the guest cottage and rented a van from the owners. Enjoyed the beach, the pool, the kayaks, the basketball and pickle courts. Everyone wants to return.
