Luxuriöse Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern in großartiger Lage mit einem nach Süden ausgerichteten Garten und Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Meer. Diese Immobilie wird komplett möbliert vermietet und vom Eigentümer mit begrenzten Mietzeiten in einem Top-Zustand gehalten. Es ist nur 20 m vom Außenpoolkomplex (beheizt von März bis Oktober) sowie einem Wellnesscenter mit ganzjährig beheiztem Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Fitnessraum und Gesundheitszentrum entfernt, in dem Sie sich rundum verwöhnen lassen können. Das Clubhaus mit Bar und Restaurant ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, ebenso wie die anderen Einrichtungen wie Tennisplätze, Bogenschießzentrum, Kinderspielplatz usw. In der Nähe liegt die hübsche Stadt Lagos mit mehreren Sandstränden und einem attraktiven Yachthafen.
Ein kostenloser Highspeed-WLAN-Internetzugang steht in der Villa ebenfalls zur Verfügung und ist ideal, um in Kontakt zu bleiben. Die Villa ist auch durch elektrische Rollläden an allen Fenstern geschützt, wodurch das Anwesen nicht nur sicher, sondern auch tagsüber kühl bleibt.

Es gibt einen Balkon im Obergeschoss mit Tisch und Stühlen und eine Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit Esstisch und Stühlen, die auf den kleinen Gartenbereich führt, der immer gepflegt wird. Die Villa hat eine Auffahrt und einen Carport direkt nebenan.

Boavista Golf und Country Club ist ein großer Urlaubsort nicht nur für den Golfsport, sondern auch mit seinen wunderschönen Sandstränden, Restaurants und Bars entlang gepflasterten Straßen viele andere Freizeiteinrichtungen vor Ort zusammen mit der Nähe des schönen Hafen von Lagos zu genießen oder an der Marina.

Egal ob Golfer oder Familien, dies ist ein großartiges Resort, in dem Sie sich nie langweilen werden. Die Anlage enthält eine 18-Loch-Championship-Golfplatz, mit einer Reichweite und Fahrpraxis Einrichtungen an der Algarve andere Kurs anzupassen. Das Clubhaus ist ein großartiger Ort, in den Ruhestand zu, mit Bars, Restaurants und Terrassen im Freien zu entspannen und die Aussicht hinunter nach Lagos und das Meer genießen.

Als Bewohner können die Gäste einen 35% Rabatt auf Golf und einen 10% Rabatt auf Speisen und Getränke erhalten.

Die Indoor-Spa-Einrichtungen stehen gegen eine geringe Gebühr zur Verfügung (€ 8 für einen halben Tag). Boavista Golf & Country Club befindet sich auf der Westküste der Algarve nahe dem schönen Hafen von Lagos. Es ist ca. 5 Minuten Fahrt oder 40 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Busse verkehren regelmäßig direkt neben dem Resort. Ein Taxi kostet 9 €. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt und in kurzer Entfernung befinden sich weitere Strände in Lagos. Dies sind einige der schönsten Strände an der Algarve und ein großartiger Ort, um den Tag zu verbringen.

Am Abend Lagos in den engen, gepflasterten Gassen, gesäumt mit weißen gewaschenen Architektur und einige der besten Restaurants in Portugal erkunden. Fantastic villa

Stayed here in July and we had a fantastic time, villa was great, weather was great, a thoroughly relaxing holiday. This was our third visit to Lagos and we would definitely return to Boavista

Wonderful villa in a great location.

We had a lovely stay in Stuart's villa which is has been decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. It really has all the home comforts. It is located on Lakeview Village which we consider to be the best location in the Boavista 5 star resort. Communication with Stuart was excellent and we highly recommend this property.

Wonderful holiday, reluctant to leave

This was our first time visiting the Boa Vista resort and our holiday was perfect. Stuart’s property is wonderful, a true home away from home. From the moment we walked through the door we were struck at how clean and well maintained the property was, having the daily maid service was an added bonus. The property has everything you need with wonderful views across the third green which we regularly enjoyed whilst eating our meals out on the patio. The Boa Vista resort was wonderful; immaculately clean, well maintained, quiet with excellent facilities. The property is in an ideal location being only 5 minute drive from some wonderful beaches and supermarkets. We regularly visited Praia Porto de Mos which was just down the road, and although it was peak season we could always find a nice quiet spot and enjoy the sunshine, cooling off in the Atlantic when needed. Although having been to Lagos before we got to truly explore it this year with its quaint cobbled streets, variety of shops, abundance of restaurants /cafes and lovely promenade, which became our regular morning walk. The communication with Stuart was great from the instant we booked his property, we had regular emails and spoke to him on the phone if we needed to discuss anything in greater detail. Prior to arriving he forwarded us an information pack which we found very useful and the whole booking in process was flawless with us even being able to get in a few hours before the official time. All in all we had a great holiday and were very reluctant to leave. We are looking forward to making Stuart’s property our regular holiday destination and are already looking at dates for next year.

Best holiday in Algarve so far

We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay in Stuart's beautiful house for our fourth stay in West Algarve in two years. The house is very spacious, especially the master bedroom, and has a great view over the 3rd green. We appreciated the air-con as we had a very hot week though there seems always to be a breeze as it is top of the hill. We had a very chilled holiday and cooked some simple meals in the suitably equipped kitchen. The daily maid service was an absolute bonus, and whilst we didn't leave loads of mess each day we came home to hotel standard made up beds and fresh bathrooms. I have a bit of a thing about smooth sheets so this was a luxury for me! We used both the indoor and outdoor pool - the outdoor one is just down the road and both pools were a great temperature with beautifully clean changing rooms. The main attraction is the golf though. Other half played the twilight round several times for just €45 including the buggy. The course is so interesting and scenic that a couple of times I drove the buggy - I would usually never dream of joining him at boring boring golf, but we stopped by the house for beers and laughed when he lost the ball in the water or ravine. I think it's a mark of the quality and interest of the course that my keen golfer OH played only at Boa Vista and one day with friends at Parque de Floresta. A car is essential, even to go to the clubhouse. We spent several days at Praia da Luz, then further west surfing at Bordeira which is our favourite. OH doesn't really drink, so it was no hardship to drive in the evenings, but this might be something to take into account if you like a bottle of wine out in the evening - though taxis are easy to book and not expensive. Stuart was extremely helpful and open to our suggestions. Thanks Stuart for a fantastic holiday.

Casa muito simpática

O proprietário foi de uma atenção extrema e respondeu sempre prontamente às nossas questões. De salientar, no entanto, que a empresa de manutenção não fez o que estava acordado e apenas fez as mudanças de camas e de toalhas 2 dias antes do fim das férias. A casa necessita de mais, e sobretudo melhores, tachos e panelas - coisa que o proprietário se prontificou a alterar na sua próxima visita à casa.

Fantastic Holiday

Have just returned from a lovely break at Stuart’s villa. Have stayed at Boavista 3 times previously and this was by far the nicest we have stayed in. The villa enjoys one of the best positions on the resort and the accommodation has everything you could want for a great holiday! We also made good friends with the duck that frequented the garden - he/she was lovely and appreciated the odd grape or two! Thanks Stuart

Beautifull villa, great resort!

We had a fabulous vacation, the villa was truly wonderful, modern and Well equipes. The swimmingpool was great with plenty of sunbeds, the nearby beaches were beautifull and all four of us were sad that we had to leave! We would definetly recommend it to friends and family!

Fantastic townhouse in a superb location

We have just returned from a weeks holiday and it was one of the best holidays ever! The owner provided very detailed and useful pre-holiday instructions which assisted us greatly. The townhouse/accommodation far exceeded our expectations and was very spacious, modern, a fantastic layout for a family with a teenager and a young children and with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. We have to totally disagree with the comments concerning building work. Even though building work carried on, in the 7 days we were there we didn't hear a thing and the work site is nowhere near this accommodation at the present time. The resort itself is surperb, with outstanding leisure and restaurant facilities. We used the outdoor pool daily, even in peak season it wasn't busy. We went to the gym, used the indoor pool and my younger son and hubby played the golf course also. All on-site facilities are excellent. The staff at the resort, cannot do enough to please you and we found the all facilities on offer very reasonable priced. We visited the club house restaurant on 3 separate occasions and it was always perfect with good service, delicious food and very reasonable priced. Even a children menu on offer too! The location is near to many family attractions and we found ourselves spoilt for choice. We did hire a car for our stay also which is necessary for getting about. We normally go long haul for a different holiday experience, however, this holiday rates top of our list. We will definitely be back! Thank you. Mrs and Mr Wright, Oxford.

Vacation in a construction zone

The excellent photos fail to show, and the owner did not divulge, that there is active construction of new homes both in front of and behind the unit, creating noise from heavy equipment from 0800 until 1900, 6 days a week. In addition, the environment is hardly vacation like with workmen and trucks constantly around the unit. The soundproofing between units is almost non-existent, to the point that one can clearly hear conversations from the unit next door, as well as the TV. The same type of units are rented by others, but come with better amenities such as free access to the gym and spa, and discounted golf packages, all for the same rate. We asked to leave a week early and have our payment refunded, but the owner refused. We left early in any event as there was no enjoyment in vacationing in a construction zone.

Pristine villa with stunning views

Great location overlooking the 3rd green and as the villa is virtually new it is in pristine condition The large screen TV complete with SKY was ideal on the 1 Day it rained We were also able to keep in contact with home thanks to the fast internet connection The large swimming pool of Bella Colina was closeby and again was spotlessly clean and very quiet Food in the clubhouse was both tasty and competitively priced ( Sunday Lunch with 3 courses was only £12 each) Lagos itself is a beautiful, unspoilt and interesting town and Luz (also closeby) has a great beach and outstanding views Stuart provided us with all the details we needed to have a wonderful holiday

Wonderful property,

Just got home from a 10 night stay at this wonderful town house, the owners underestimates the size and location. We had a fab time nice location, great facilities and relaxation. I can not recommend this property enough, kids loved the space and the garden. Club house, maid service and golf course all good. Would love to stay again, car hire is a must if you like to get up and go, lots to do in Lagos, we drove to several costal location which were great fun. Weather always great and local people very helpful. We recieved a great information pack from the owner Stuart, he was always available to help with our booking. I wish him all the best and thanks for sharing this lovely town house. The Samuels family 2015

Regular visitor to the Algarve over the last 30 years and have owned a home on Boavista since 2015. We will be using it as a holiday home for the foreseeable future and to keep it in top condition for our occasional use. We will only rent it for around 6/7 weeks per year (July/Aug) just to cover costs

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Lagos is our favourite area in the Algarve with a pretty town centre inside the medieval walls, with cobbled streets, white washed walls and plenty of excellent restaurants. It is more cosmopolitan and less touristy than Central/Eastern Algarve. Add to that great beaches and a vibrant marina and it is a great place to visit. We checked out many locations and Boavista couldn’t be beaten. The quality of the properties and facilities are high and it does not feel like a golf resort as most residents do not play! The resort is being maintained to a high standard and has 24 hour security for added peace of mind

This property is in one of the best locations on the resort being a short walk from the clubhouse and Spa. Lakeview has probably the best quality apartments/pool and ours has recently been fully refurbished to bring it up to very modern standard
