Such a nice property…quality sheets, towels and toiletries (thanks for the Aveeno lotion!). The neighborhood was so quiet and the house was so comfy. I would definitely stay here again:)

We are an older couple that doesn't need the lively activity of the village. So, we appreciated this quiet location in north Sunriver. The house is clean, spacious, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The master bathroom has a large shower that two people can fit into. The host was good at communication. There are some stairs, but this is true of most Sunriver homes. We would gladly stay here again, and would gladly rent from the same host.

The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to make homemade meals during our stay! The separation of rooms (2 downstairs, away from living space) was perfect for our infant to sleep

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely home that is well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed along with basic supplies, and they don't skimp on bath towels. We highly recommend this home.

Location was great; SHARC passes were appreciated even though we didn't use them; and overall, it was a nice stay.Suggested improvements: fix broken shade in the living room; replace clear lamp shade on the corner floor lamp so the light isn't so harsh and hard to look at; increase utensil (fork) count so all guests can eat and they don't have to wash dishes after every meal; add a pitcher to the kitchenware; 2 hand towels had makeup on them; cobwebs are found in the master bath and common area - not sure if the house sat for a long time since previous usage or if cleaners just missed the cobwebs (high and especially low).

Overall the property was good. Great location and plenty of room for our family. We did have an issue with missing SHARC passes when we arrived. Apparently the guest prior must have lost or kept them so they were not available for us to use. We contacted the property manager we were able to get temporary passes. This was the only blip in our stay that caused undue stress, otherwise the stay was great.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable beds, clean and well appointed. Great light filled house with all the amenities. When our paper towel roll ran out and we couldn’t find more, the property management had another roll out within the hour. The only recommendation is better pans. Like an all clad set or cast iron. We like to cook and the nonstick pans were hard to clean. But that’s being nit picky. It’s an amazing property!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at 15 Big Leaf. The layout of the home and the quiet location was great for our family getaway. The interior was very clean and neat upon arrival. Info about arrival and departure was very timely. The host provides 4 Cruiser bikes as well. Something to keep in mind when planning a stay with several people - The posting states it accommodates 8 people, but there are just three beds/bedrooms. We figured there was a hide-a-bed, but there wasn't one. Thus, we our granddaughters ended up sleeping on the floor in their parents' room. While looking for a hide-a-bed, we noticed a lot of crumbs under the family room couch cushions. One other note, the deck boards seem sturdy, but several were loose. Most are nailed instead of secured with screws, and some are starting to pop up. Some floor areas in the kitchen and a bedroom were pretty squeaky. Overall though, it's a nice place and makes for a good stay at Sunriver.

Wonderful

We loved everything about the house. Only our wish is a hot tub. We’ve stayed at many houses in Sunriver. This is the only house without a hot tub. We missed it after skiing.

15 Big Leaf

Very nice, clean and cozy. Some trouble with tv's but figured it out. Dryer would not heat up and dry our towels, and can opener has seen better days. But over all, very comfortable.

Great place for our fam

15 or less minute bike ride to sharc and sunriver village, awesome space both inside and out. Close to a cul-de-sac so kids coule play out front without worry. Stocked kitchen, bedding, and toys for the kids! They enjoyed playing with them even though we brought some with us too. Thank you!
