We did have a little incident with someone at the pool area who complained about my 3 year old grandson but once I sent a message to the property manager he quickly called to apologize. Fantastic Location

We loved this location. Its close to Wilea shops and great beaches are just minutes away. If your planning for any adventures to do snorkeling or other things, those are typically in Lahaina and we traveled for those which wasn't at all bad. This property was great. It was clean, and the pool access was nice for the evening. We loved our visit and it will always be a great memory for our family.

Location was excellent, close to beautiful beaches.

Location was beautiful, close to beaches, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, decor was ok, a little dated. Only issue was pool, we were travelling with grand children 7 to 13 and rules at pool were very restrictive(no playing, no splashing, no noise). As a result we weren’t comfortable with letting the kids spend much time there which was a shame.

Great location and well kept property

The apartment serves us very well with its proximity to lots of things. Walkable to the upmarket Wailea mall, short distance to great beaches especially Ulua, and just off the main highway that connects Wailea to everything. Property check in was seamless with a custom pin code door lock and management responded to texts when we contacted them. The property at the time we stayed had a well stocked beach stash with 6 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach parasols, snorkels and fins and beach toys.

Buyer Beware

Upon checking in we noticed there were not enough bath towels for our party of 8. Property Manager responded quickly and provided the additional towels needed. Even though this unit states accommodations for 8 they weren’t set up for 8. Dinning table only can seat 6, dishes again did not accommodate 8. Actually the kitchen utensils were very poorly supplied and several were broken, i.e knife which was rather dangerous. Also, only 7 beach chairs. The sleeper sofa and all bed pillows need replacing. But the worst was we had a problem with cockroaches. Again, the property manager was quick to respond but left us questioning how throughly the place was maintained.

Thank you for being our guests. The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests and we were happy to immediately bring you additional towels as requested with your party of 8 adults. As shown in the photos, the kitchen table seats 6, and there is an additional outdoor dining table which seats 4. (Sorry that you did not mention the need for an additional beach chair as we could have been happy to provide an additional one...we have limited space in the condo to store all of the beach chairs including the other beach items such as boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and a cooler). As mentioned when visiting you in the unit, as we are in a tropical climate and if you leave doors open, and food on counters, bugs can find their way in. The condo is regularly treated against pest and upon your departure it was throughly examined and there is no issue with pests in the unit. Mahalo.

Great Condo in the heart of Wailea

This condo is in a great central location with walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was clean aside from stains on furniture and carpeting and some very dusty decor in the bathroom. Bugs can be a big issue on the islands and we didn't notice any in the unit. It was nicely furnished with ample outdoor/beach equipment. The beds were comfortable. There are two pools on the property and tennis courts. Fitting 8 in this unit as advertised would be tight, as we were not furnished with enough towels, wash cloths, etc for even 5 people. Bring your own soaps and body products as well, since the tiniest tube is provided. We used the pool and hot tub a few times and it was pleasant. There are no ocean or sunset views from the unit, but it is about a mile from the ocean. Parking was tight, but sufficient. The staff was fairly attentive when our internet went down for half a day and they eventually responded after we reached out several times after losing a day of work and school for our family. We did not hear noise from other condo units, but the doors inside utilize open slats, so there was NO sound privacy in the unit, which made it difficult to sleep if anyone else was up in the unit. If in a pinch we would stay here again, but we generally prefer larger rentals when traveling with children. This would make a great landing place for your beach vacation.

(It sounds like you did not notice the linen closet in the second bathroom with all of the additional supplies). Sorry that there was an issue with the internet provider during your stay. You mentioned that the service was down for a while but, after you did contact us, it was up and running within 2 hours of your call to our office. Well maintained and equipped rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is updated and well maintained and equipped. When we walked checked in, we were in awe. We were happy to find that this home had beach and pool equipment so we didn’t have a need to rent. We found that there was a small floor window, located in the bedroom with one bed, to have blinds that did not work, so we ended up covering the small window with a pillow for privacy. The property managers are awesome to work with. They were able to provide us a baby feeding booster chair and worked with our baby rental company. They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in as well.
