I enjoy fishing, spending time with my family, and simply enjoying the outdoors and the sunshine. Over the years, our time in Key Largo has given us so many unforgettable memories. We’ve watched our children grow, welcomed grandchildren, made wonderful friendships, and shared countless special moments together.

Escape to paradise in this spacious two story oceanfront villa, located in the heart of Key Largo. Set within an exclusive gated community with 24 hour security, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and marina.

The 2,035 square foot villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen and twin bed. Tasteful furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a TV in every room make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The community offers 2 heated swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and a 3 acre saltwater lagoon. It also boasts a private beach with tiki huts, Adirondack chairs, and BBQs. An ideal spot to enjoy the ocean breeze and soak up the sun.

Your stay includes complimentary use of two bicycles, two kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests, tennis and pickleball equipment, and a golf cart for use within the community. The golf cart makes it easy to explore the property and take full advantage of all the amenities, from the pools and lagoon to the oceanfront beach.

Boaters will appreciate the free onsite boat ramp and first come, first served trailer parking. Boat slips are available for rent, subject to availability. Please note that a $300,000 liability insurance policy is required for vessels.
