This holiday rental was perfect for us. Great amenities and the location was great, far from the madding crowds! We had the pool to ourselves as there was only one neighbour next door. Who worked locally. Very quiet. Pool lovely and warm. Grounds well kept. Unit was spotless and communication with Bob was easy. Would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised that the condo and surroundings were actually better in person than the photos! Very comfortable & beautiful accommodations with plenty of space for our belongings and to relax! Our host, Bob was informative and welcoming. Great location and convenient to all of the attractions and restaurants. Lots to do very close by the condo and a very nice place to do absolutely nothing but chill!! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Relaxation week after hectic week with family

This property was very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed! The lanai was the icing on the cake. It was wonderful to sit out there with all the shutters open to enjoy the waves!

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our trip to Cayman! The condo had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed coffee on the beach each morning and snorkeling right outside the condo. We even took a trip to seven mile beach and packed a cooler to take along. The condo also had games that we played in the lanai each night. It was better than I could have imagined and we would definitely stay there again! After being there and exploring we couldn't have picked a better location. We hope to visit again!

Amazing stay!

The property is located close to many of the islands activities like the Crystal Caves, Run Point Beach (highly recommend) and the botannical garden. Strongly recommend having a rental car as the island is not really walkable. The property had every ammenity we could hope for: beach chairs and umbrella, snirkel gear, washer and dryer and even a coffee grinder! Bob was a fantastic host, checking in with us upon arrival and providing so many great recommendations and tips for our stay! The kids loved the pool and the pool noodles and balls available for use! Overall a really wonderful vacation! Also the bed was very comfortable!

Fantastic vacation

This was our first trip to the Cayman Islands and it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Bob for the condo. It was colorful, neat and tidy and everything that you could possibly use was there ready to use at our fingertips including towels, television, swimming pool, beach toys, kitchen appliances we did not want for anything. We loved the North shore. It was quiet and what we were wanting for a vacation . I highly recommend the North shore .

Amazing!!

Bob stayed in touch before and during our stay to ensure everything was going well. The stay was amazing! There were only a few people there on our first full day (Sunday) and the rest of the week was super quiet. At most there were maybe 4 other cars there and most of them left for the day and came back late, so we hardly saw anyone else. The beach was always empty. The condo was very nice and clean and SO quiet, we never heard a thing even when others were around. We had everything we needed, as described. We can’t wait to go back !! Thank you Bob !!

Perfect Romantic Getaway

Bob's property on the north/Rum Point side of the island is a paradise. The location is easy to get to, has several amenities including but not limited to a well-appointed kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach supplies. We were looking for a secluded spot close to snorkeling and the best spots on the island are very close to the property. Bob was very helpful leading up to the trip assisting with restaurants, beaches and he debate over rental cars vs bikes/scooters. (Pro-tip: Get the rental car!) His restaurant recommendations are superb - especially the Tuesday night BBQ at Kaibo. Love this place and look forward to renting again.

Great place for relaxing

This place far away from the large strip of hotels. You have everything you need to relax. Great pool. Direct at the beach. You can snorkel and find amazing water life. Good equipment apartment with everything you need. Close to some very nice restaurants with great food.

Great Place to Get Away!

Bob was a great communicator from the start and for the stay. The condo is definitely a quiet place to get away from it all. The lanai is lovely to be able to sit and hear the sea while eating and drinking. Spacious place that has lots of thoughtful amenities.

Great Stay

Property was very much as described. Great location, right on the water. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved being on the east part of the island. Now that we have experienced being on both the east and west sides we will likely spend most of our time on the quiet side. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

2 Weeks of Relaxation

What a great place. Mornings on the patio, then decide either beach or pool...Where do we want to begin our day. Evenings in the Lanai, playing Uno. We were able to swim out in our backyard a few times. Waves were amazing when we had the W'Easter storm. We appreciate being close to Rum Point, Starfish Beach, Tukkas and Over the Edge. Management was responsive when we had issue with the air conditioner. I also was very happy was able to have quick housekeeping for when our first guests left and next guests arrived. Will definitely stay here again. Great start to retirement!

Great experience.

We used to time share at The Reef, down the road. We enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely. At the time we went, only 2 other guests were there. It was like having our own beach house. No screaming kids, no planned dinners, no standard hotels things to deal with. Great restaurant up the road “Over the Edge”. If you’re not into the 7 mile beach scene, I suggest you stay here. The Ivan is not that big you could drive over there at any time for clubbing and such. North Pointe Condos Unit 102, Bob was very nice to work with. When I go next time, I’m getting in touch with Bob

Loved our week at this great location

Everything about our stay was terrific! The place was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We had everything we needed for sleeping, meals and beach days. The beach was the best tended beach I saw on my morning walks. The pool was a great place to play and relax. Double up on the bug spray after dark, but we enjoyed watching the sunset in spite of that. Highly recommend if you are looking for a slow paced relaxing tropical vacation.

Great week

This was the perfect stay for 3 of us after a week on a live aboard. We were looking for a place to relax and just hang out. The condo was clean and well maintained. Bob responded to emails promptly and made sure we had plenty of information leading up to our stay, including accurate driving directions. Property manager Judy checked in on us in person on our first day to make sure all was good. Bob even called us that day to check in on us. This was a quiet property with a nice pool and decent snorkeling right out front. There were restaurants within a reasonable drive and a small grocery minutes away. Larger groceries are available on the way from George Town, the last being about 20-30 minutes from the condo. All in all a great place in a great setting with great management. Would definitely stay again.
