Möchten Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten haben, während Sie am Strand leben? Nun, suchen Sie nicht weiter, da unsere neu renovierte Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer direkt am Strand oder unser Zuhause, wie wir es nennen, alles bieten! Crystal Sands ist ideal gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom weißen Sand und dem warmen Wasser von Crystal Beach und 1 km von den berühmten Destin Commons entfernt.

Crystal Sands ist ein flaches (3-stöckiges) Gebäude mit einem Privatstrand, so dass Sie den Menschenmassen ausweichen können. Es ist auch schön über dem kristallblauen Wasser thront für einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand und das Wasser. Nichts ist besser als den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus zu beobachten, während die Delfine unserer Meinung nach vorbeischwimmen! Außer vielleicht ein kaltes Getränk dazu.!

Mit erstklassigem Design, luxuriösen Annehmlichkeiten und einer unschlagbaren günstigen Lage finden Sie es hier, da Crystal Sands alles bietet! Sie können einen Außenpool genießen oder den Kindern beim Bauen von Sandburgen zusehen, während Sie das Abendessen zubereiten oder ein Buch auf der Terrasse lesen.

Sie nennen es, es ist neu in unserer Einheit. Wir haben vor kurzem alles vom Boden bis zur Decke nachgebessert. Neue Fliesen, Teppiche, Schränke, Haushaltsgeräte, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Sofa mit ausziehbarem Bett und ein neuer Fernseher zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag im Sand. Wenn Sie Komfort wünschen, erhalten Sie Komfort. Wir glauben, dass unser zweites Zuhause genauso komfortabel sein sollte, wenn nicht sogar mehr als unser Hauptwohnsitz.

Sie werden auch in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche begrüßt, wenn Sie leidenschaftlich gern kochen oder ein paar Dollar sparen möchten. Kochen nicht dein Ding? Wonderful

This was our first time staying in a ground level condo and we loved it! The view is amazing and it was so nice to have such easy access to the beach! The condo is beautifully furnished/decorated and so cozy. The kitchen has everything you need, and we So appreciated the little extras that make a stay easier--hair dryer, clothes iron and steamer, beach towels, beach chairs and tons of beach toys, Costco size/brand hair shampoo, conditioner and body wash (first time trying and will go buy some BTW!), and a giant roll of garbage bags so we dont have to buy any. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We love Destin and will be back!

The listing was as expected. The place was very clean and accommodating. The host laid out clear expectations for their guests. The beach access was perfect. The ground floor was very convenient, and the room was very close to our vehicle. The views from the room and porch were perfect. Having the beach services was very nice. We didn't have to haul chairs or umbrella's out to the beach, just ourselves and our snacks/drinks, and whatever the kids wanted to carry down. The kitchen had every appliance and dish we needed for cooking. Soap was provided for the kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry. Most of the good restaurants and fun activities were in close proximity. All in all, it was one of the best places we've stayed in Destin.

Beautiful beach view from all areas of the condo. Very easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean. May need to update some furniture. Table in living room was stained but most likely due to being aged. Loved the bedroom, the mattress was very comfortable & blackout curtains was a plus for some much needed rest.

We had an absolute wonderful stay here in Crystal Beach. We loved the ground floor as it was easy to walk out to the beach. The views and comfortable from our patio was spectacular. Our unit inside and out was clean, updated and supplied us with everything we needed. (Grill, beach equipment, cooking supplies etc) We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place to stay! Beautiful water, beautiful beech, and very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely be going back someday soon.

Great location on Destin Beach

A great spot surrounded by excellent eating places, a beautiful beach, and easy walking in all directions. The Condo was perfect for a vacation!

We really appreciate you coming out to stay with us as we know there are numerous places to choose from here in Destin. So glad you were able to enjoy some of the beach and trail walks close to the condo as it is one of our favorite past times when we are there as well. the views on that bike/walking path are pretty unbeatable in our opinion. With so many great dining options nearby it's hard to choose which is why we try to point as many as we can out in our digital media guide we share with guests'. Hopefully you found a few gems in there during your stay, and if not we of course would be more than honored to have you back anytime. Take care and safest of travels wherever they may lead!

Really appreciate you coming out. You summed it up nicely as we feel the access to the beach from these ground floor units can't be beat. Nothing better than out the back door and a few steps down the boardwalk to the sand! Come see us again anytime we'd love to have ya back anytime!

We chose this property because of the views and proximity to town and the beach. We love this property because the beach never gets to crowded beings there are no high rise buildings around; and because the town center is just a mile away if you need anything or want to go grab a bite to eat. Everything is walkable and the sunset and dolphin watching are unbeatable in our opinion.
