Die Glückseligkeit! Stilvolles, sauberes und entspannendes verstecktes Juwel

Thank you for your review Joanna. We are actually planning a make over in the coming months which adding curtains to our rooms is at the top of the list. Welcome back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that the home was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Regarding the dishwasher, our handyman attended promptly; however, the issue required a specialized technician, which unfortunately could not be arranged immediately. We appreciate guests’ understanding in such situations, as some repairs take more time to resolve properly but based on your review score we can conclude that was not the case here. The kitchen spray spout issue was due to a tangled weight under the sink — a minor adjustment that if mentioned could have been resolved easily that has since been corrected. We were not informed during your stay about the back door being difficult to operate or about the need for additional kitchen supplies. Had we been notified, our team could have addressed both matters right away. I was actively communicating with you prior to your arrival where anything you needed was a message or call away just like your early check in request that we granted. Finally, the upstairs ceiling fan was inspected following your departure and found to be operating normally. We appreciate your comments and are glad you found the property overall enjoyable. We recommend in the future to communicate all issues as soon as detected to future hosts so they have the opportunity to try an earn a 5 star review.
