The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large stove, large fridge (with ice crusher) and dishwasher (a little too little dishes to use the dishwasher: o) The entire furniture (including the kitchen) is made of solid wood and is fairly new. In the storage room bicycles, beach umbrellas and chairs, as well as washing machine and dryer are in great condition. Access to the apartment with a number code is a perfect solution. The way to the super beach is only a stone's throw away. Shops (Publix) in 8 min. The only drawback: the air conditioning next to the terrace. We really enjoyed the stay." Thank you for taking the time to review Casa Tranquilo Bungalow. All electronic appliances on the property are one year or newer. During your week stay, we hoped your regular calls to us, personal appliance demonstrations by property maintenance gentleman, and printed directions for dishwasher (on dishwasher door) and washer/dryer (on shelf) would have provided smooth operation of appliances. We provide a welcome binder full of tourist information including trolley information such as the name of the corner trolley stop, app for real-time schedules, and a web link saving your trip to a neighbor's home for tourist information. Had you told us during your stay the volume button on the remote was sporadically working we would have instantly provided a new one. I apologize for your inconvenience. The dog-friendly fenced backyard is a mixture of sand, grass (amount and quality is dependant on the rainy season or drought and activeness of seasonal doggy guests), mulch, an 8x12 patio with a 12-foot cantilever umbrella for shade, and many native plants. Maintenance of sod, rock or shells is not practical in a pet-friendly play area, especially in the Florida heat. We are happy to know you had safe travels home. Thank you for visiting! Shelley
