Privathaus direkt am Strand!

Reihenhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern direkt am Golf von Mexiko. Wachen Sie mit Kaffee auf dem Deck auf und lassen Sie die Kinder direkt in den Sand rennen. Es gibt keine Parkhäuser, keine Aufzüge, es ist ein privates Stadthaus am Strand.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Kingsize-Bett, wunderschöner Parkettboden und eine Master-Suite-Badewanne. Glasschiebetür zum Abdecken des Masters.

2. Schlafzimmer ist ein französisches Bett und aktualisiert Bad, so gibt es keine gemeinsame Nutzung.

Im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste oder Kinder.

Das Stadthaus liegt westlich des Pier Parks, ca. 5 km entfernt. Im Pier Park gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vieles mehr!

Very clean inside. Wall damage was mentioned months ago in reviews still not repaired. Ask for keys to back patio door was told everyone just leaves it unlocked. We did not like that. Wifi username and password sent to us was incorrect took 3 days for response. Underneath back deck has a lot of broken water toys and floats that could be thrown away. The complimentary umbrella and chairs much appreciated.

The townhouse was great! It was so nice to pull right up to the door. This was great with unpacking and packing back up. It was wonderful to go down a few steps and be on the beach. A set of chairs and umbrella were provided which was fantastic! We loved the deck to sit on to view the ocean, read, and play cards. You won’t be disappointed in this townhouse.

Beach paradise

My stay at Seagull number 7 was wonderful. My wife and I had a great time spent a lot of time on the beach. The condo was great well stocked and clean Had all the same amenities of my home. Will be back again

Perfect!

The perfect place for a relaxing vacation! We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from the large, private deck. We could just walk down the steps to the beach! The unit was clean, updated, and comfortable. My only complaint was the bath towels provided were small and not of great quality. We would stay here again!

A true gem!

Came down for a 4 night stay with 3 friends. The location is excellent and the beachfront access was perfect! A large condo is next door, but it never impeded on our area. I did not realize it came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that are set up for you! What a perk. The condo itself did exceed our expectations. Pictures are not up to date and it's nicer that reflected in them. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. A in our book.

AWESOME VIEWS & OK ACCOMODATION

We truly believe that the PM's were more accustomed to weekly rentals rather than long term stays. The views were amazing & the property had MOST of the things you would expect from a VRBO rental. HOWEVER, we did find things such as beach chairs, vacuum cleaner & other etc.'c we absent or broken. beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable, but the couches not so much. The property does show its age & could really do with a fresh coat of (NOT BEIGE) paint. K & C were always responsive to any issues, which is always important. The last thing to note is that while the downstairs washroom has a full shower, as does the guest room - for ???? reason the master does not (only a bathtub), leaving you to leave the room to shower, which when only 2 of you is (somewhat) ok, but when family visited we are now left to trek downstairs with kit in hand. the view THE VIEW ....

9hour drive to disappointment

What stay? We drove 9hrs. only to find someone else in our rental. I rented this townhouse in January and, according to the other couple, they rented it in April. You would think that in that amount of time the hosts would have realized that they double booked. I received the keys on Friday and they checked in on Saturday. Evidently someone dropped the ball and had no fail safes in place to prevent this from happening. I’m very disappointed and extremely displeased with everyone involved in this matter.

Nice location but NEEDS LOT OF REPAIRS!

The location is ideal. The unit could be amazing but it needs a LOT of repairs. It has mold, lots of repairs needs to be done! The fan on deck is about to fall off, When you turn it on. The first night we were greeted by a huge cockroac.
