Etage: 2 Doppelschlafzimmer mit Bad und WC. Herrliche große Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf Albufeira. Great location. Proximity to beach and town are close.

Everything was great as was listed in the description except there is no hot tub. This should be removed from the description of amenities. The apartment had everything that we needed and was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Perfect house centrally located with a beautiful deck

We enjoyed our stay in Albufeira. The house was centrally located with everything you need for a family. The kitchen was well stocked so easy to cook if you need to. The deck on the top floor was very inviting and had a great view of Albufeira. I would highly recommend this house for families.

Perfect Rooftop Stay

Alain’s home was clean, had everything we could have wanted and allowed us to be steps to the loveliness of Albufeira but still quiet and calm. The owner’s communication and accommodation was exceptional, highly recommend!

Great very well equipped house!

Great location .very well equipped. Close to the beach and all amenities. Great restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely roof top terrace. Local night life can be faintly heard but is no problem . Noise from neighboring property can be heard overnight. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Incredible View. Spotless House.

We (five of us) had a wonderful stay over New Year's Eve. The town filled up for the party, and this location meant we could join at the beach or watch from our rooftop terrace. The view of the city is amazing. Each second floor bedroom is an en suite. The first floor has a powder room and a cozy couch one of my teens slept comfortably on. This house is the cleanest place I've ever rented. It has everything you need, and the owner/manager was attentive. I highly recommend!

This house is gorgeous,spotless and a stone's throw to the ocean and shops, restaurants.

Alain’s place was lovely. Just steps from the beach, groceries, local restaurants, and bars. The house was lovely, the kitchen had everything that one needed to cook at home, beds were comfortable, but the best part was the fantastic rooftop patio. Would stay again without hesitation.

Fabulous but lots of stairs

The property was spectacular and the location was perfect. The only comment I would make is that the stairs up to the bedrooms and terrace are very steep and small and anyone with mobility issues should consider this before booking.

Amazing rooftop terrace!

Alain’s place was absolutely lovely. Location was great! The house is just steps from the beach, groceries, local restaurants, and bars. We were close to the nightlife but far enough away from the busy strip to not hear the noise. It was so enjoyable exploring the streets and finding so many hidden gems around every corner. The best part was the fantastic rooftop patio with views of the city. Would stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend this property to all other guests!!!

Amazing house with a fabulous rooftop terrace and beautiful view

We had some wonderful days in Alain's house, which we highly recommend. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, the beach and the old town. With a lovely roof terrace. The communication with Alain was very good, he gave us all the information we needed, he was quick answering, and very helpful. The house was clean and tidy, and just as lovely as the pictures. Location Location Location!

The house is ideally located near the beach, shops, restaurants and the neighborhood remains calm and peaceful. the host is very responsive, our arrival was simple. The house was very clean. Each room had its bathroom which was very pleasant. The rooftop terrace allows us to roast the barbecue. Gorgeous ! If we go back to Albufeira, we will definitely try to stay in this house for sure.

Family wedding

Stopped for a 6 day break to attend our sons wedding. Great place, very very clean. Stairs are a little precarious to the rooftop terrace which was fantastic. Great location, not in the "thick of it" but close enough. Just sorry we didn't have time to use all the facilities

Everything in Alain's house is absolutely stunning !

Everything in Alain's house is absolutely stunning. The design thought he has put into it is simply beautiful and the work he's done is amazing. The lines around the house matched with the curtains and arches is inspired. Even the stairs and railing going down from the terrace have a wonderful flow to them. The terrace itself is spectacular and the views over the town are unmatched. The location is perfect and there is no way for pictures to represent the beauty of the house and its view. I’ve stayed in dozens of location around the world and Alain's is my favourite, its simply in another league

Perfectly located traditional property

The property is a nice traditional property with modern facilities and a good sized balcony. The beach and restaurants are a short downhill walk of perhaps 5 minutes and in the other direction the main square and restaurants are a similar distance. Perfectly positioned to be just far enough away so the noise from the bars doesn't disturb you. Alain the owner makes sure you are happy and that everything is ok. We stayed there as a group of three and couldn't fault the place taking into account that its much cheaper than many of the modern places. One of our group can't walk up or down hills very well so we used a wheel chair to and from the property unless we used Uba but taxis or the mini train, neither are expensive though, an Uba taxi will pick up and drop right outside the property. The mini train (no3) is only a short distance from the house and passes through every 40 minutes, for only 5 euros you can pay for a hop on and off for the day and it includes the Marina so this is exceptional value, as a comparison an XL Uba was only 7 Euros to the marina so less than two euros each for four people. we would highly recommend this property
