Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie das Vorbeifahren der Boote! Genießen Sie einzigartige Unterkünfte auf einer komfortabel ausgestatteten 43-Fuß-Hatteras-Yacht. Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohnanlage im Stadtteil Eastport von Annapolis, nur wenige Gehminuten von der historischen Innenstadt und der Marineakademie entfernt.

2 private Kabinen, 2 Badezimmer, 4 Schlafplätze. Vorwärtskabine hat Etagenbetten. Achternkabine hat ein Königinbett. Die Couch im Hauptsalon konnte auch zugeschlafen werden. Voll ausgestattete Pantry (Küche) mit 2-Flammen-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle / Backofen, Kühlschrank, Eismaschine, Toaster und Heißwassermaschine für Tee / Kaffee. Das Marina Club House bietet eine Lounge mit TV und zusätzlichen Duschen / Badezimmern sowie Zugang zum Pool.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

5 Gehminuten zu mehreren der besten Restaurants und Pubs von Annapolis. 15 Minuten Fahrt zum Navy Stadium, 15 Minuten Fahrt zum Rt 50.

Despite the rainy weather, my husband and I enjoyed the Kathleen Marie for our 27th wedding anniversary. Our host was amazing and available for any questions we had. We will definitely book again.

Exactly what we needed

Kathrine Marie was an excellent ending to an east Coast baseball trip. As a fellow VRBO owner, I appreciate those hosts that let you check in early if the property is available. Perfect location and a friendly host. Property is just as described in the listing.

Anniversary Get Away

A wonderful stay on the kathleen Marie…enjoyed hanging on the boat sunrises and sunsets were amazing ! The boat was clean and host was very nice even let us check in early! The town has some of the best restaurants and everyone at the marina was friendly ! Can’t wait to do it again!

Beautiful boat with beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay on the Kathleen Marie. She is a well-appointed boat. The master cabin has a large comfortable bed. The salon is roomy and the galley has all you need as well. The best part is the back deck. We enjoyed our coffee and watching the sun rise over the Chesapeake Bay! We were in town for the sailboat show so it was busy but Annapolis was lovely and very walkable everywhere.

Fun Fall Weekend Stay

Simply Extraordinary

This is by far one of the best stays I have ever booked. The yacht surpassed what I had hoped it might be. Sunrises were stunning from where she was moored. Climate control was great. Temps outside dipped a bit over the weekend, but we were quite cozy. The living room and covered outdoor deck were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms - such great space. Communication with host was great! Really hope to book again. Such a great stay!

Beautiful Boat on the Bay

My family and I loved our magical stay on the Kathleen Marie. The amazing views, the convenient location to Eastport and Annapolis destinations (we walked and also took water taxi), and the great condition of the boat. We ended up using the marina showers because they were so convenient and just terminated as well as the marina washer and dryer (free). Appreciated having the coffee trailer open in the morning. We will definitely return!

Annapolis Boat Show!

We stayed in the boat while in town for the Annapolis boat show. It is a perfect location with a water taxi that will pick you up on the dock just behind the boat! The best seafood you will ever find is in walking distance. Annapolis is a beautiful, charming town to visit. Highly recommend, and just as described!

Boat getaway

We had such a relaxing time on the boat. Conveniently located within walking distance to eateries and historic downtown. We really enjoyed our stay. The boat was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Really enjoyed the location within the marina no one was behind us so we could enjoy our coffee and drinks watching the sailboats and others go by.

Kathleen Marie was Fantastic !

Fantastic ! Unique VRBO experience ! Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for 2 couples. Annapolis/Eastport “feels-like” temperature everyday was 100+, and we were always comfortable. Great view of boats coming in & out of harbor ! Walking distance to great eateries in Eastport - car sat in parking lot for all 4 days. Owner promptly communicated, and personally setup the boat before our arrival ! Highly recommend !

Weekend getaway

We are boaters so boating is not new to us. The view out the back of the boat was terrific. We enjoyed having a kitchen for the weekend even a small one. It’s a mile walk to the city dock from this smaller marina. We had some trouble getting into the marina bathrooms (they were not marked) but the host was responsive as well as the marina manager. FYI the sailing Ctr is not the mgt of the marina and they can be prickly.

First Yacht experience

This was an awesome experience. We definitely would do it again. The yacht was clean and all the amenities we expected. The location is great in a quiet yacht club. Felt very safe and our belongings secure.

A Unique Stay

A great experience. We had a wonderful fall weekend - despite a bit of rain. Staying on the water was great. Convenient parking, Oscar's coffee trailer in the parking lot was a nice surprise, walking to Bakery & Co for fresh pastries. The boat was set-up well with everything that we needed. Sunrise over the water was great. Close enough to downtown Annapolis to be convenient but without the crowds. A great stay.

A quick getaway!

We had a wonderful time! We parked the car and never needed it again. We walked to all our meals and activities, including a fabulous full day of kayaking, a day of touring Annapolis, and a day at the Navy Academy. The view of the Chesapeake from the stern was spectacular! Our evenings were spent enjoying cocktails and the view!

Great accommodations and very comfortable.

I cannot think of a better way to be near water than to stay right on it. This stay was such a fun experience. There is nothing like having morning coffee and watching the sunrise! The accommodations were comfortable and we walked onto the yacht right into much needed air conditioning. Lena was a very attentive host and easy to get in touch with, and she had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Lena and family for letting us stay on your yacht and for lending your rooms to us for such a cool getaway 💜

Weekend on the water

It is in a very beautiful area and very nice town of Eastport. The accommodations are clean and very unique place to stay compared to the land alternatives. An easy walk to many places to eat and explore. It is also a short drive to other areas near the Naval Academy. One word of advice, the boat does sway some, but usually calms down later in the evening when boat traffic stops in and out of the marina. Pretty cool too stay on a yacht, if you are interested in the unique setting and like the water, this place is for you!

Blown Away!

Lena went out of her way to make this weekend happen for my daughters birthday and I have to say it was the most incredible weekend, memories for a lifetime. The Kathrine Marie was gorgeous, the town was amazing and the people were so great. The restaurants were also great! Breakfast at the Boathouse has to be on your to do list! We’ll be seeing the Kathleen Marie again in the very near future! Thank you Lena!
