Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player. Dieses Gerät verfügt über ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, einen 60-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-Ray-Player. This unit was absolutely amazing!! The view from the balcony was my favorite place! The weather was not the best but it was really nice to still be able to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the beautiful beach while it was raining. Access to the beach was easy and all the people we talked with were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great location and CLEAN

We loved staying in this unit. It was exceptionally clean, had an incredible view, comfy beds & furniture, and plenty of room to spread out. The communication with Liquid Life was amazing. Quick and helpful. Cannot recommend this enough.

Birthday and Mothers Day Weekend Trip!

Wonderful location for our family members (coming from 4 states) to meet up and celebrate a birthday and Mother’s Day! This beautiful condo was plenty spacious for our seven member group. It was beautifully decorated with amazing beds and everything we needed in the kitchen! Conveniently located near a Publix and a few of our favorite restaurants and live music venues. Our family will definitely be back!

Unit was clean, amenities were great, communication with host was great, and the beds were comfortable. However, we did have issues with there being no service at all in the building for our entire stay so we could not make any phone calls and could only use WiFi, which was still not fixed by the time we left so hopefully they’re working on that. And this unit could also use a little TLC as we had lighting issues in two bathrooms, the hot water runs out quickly if more than one person is showering, and it would be nice to have something to hang hand towels on by the bathroom sinks!

It was very packed as expected during the summer. Elevators are not the fastest. There are lots of people constantly getting on or off at different floors. The bed in master is most comfortable ive ever slept on.

Convent location

Wasn’t a fan of the last minute check in time change. VRBO reflected 3 and the company let me know the day before that it was actually 4…. Checking in at 4 was an absolute nightmare! With everyone trying to come in from the beach and others checking in we waited 45 minutes and longer for elevators. The condo its self was ok. The shower in the room with 2 queens is abusive! The beds are uncomfortable and comforters are cheap and scratchy. I like that they had Some kids dishes. Unsecured WiFi, and terrible cell reception. Hot tubs weren’t functioning properly but the rest of the hotel amenities were great!

Fun Birthday Weekend

Overall, our stay was pleasant! This property is one of our favorites in Orange Beach. We love the lazy river and the convenience to so many restaurants and shops. We did have a few complaints. First, no parking was included in the price of the condo so we ended up paying $35 for each car we brought. Because it was a birthday celebration, people came from many different locations so we had to pay a total of $140 for parking. I feel like this should be front and center in the guidelines for rental. Also, check-in was somewhat difficult because a minimal amount of information was given in the email prior to arrival. The lady at the desk asked me for several pieces of information that I could not provide. I tried calling VRBO but could not reach anyone.

Unfortunly, the complex handles all of the parking passes and requires guests to purchase the passes onsite once they arrive. We do mention that in the listing, the reservation confirmation, final payment confirmation and the arrival instructions email. We apologize if it was missed. VRBO is the booking site. They do not manage the condos, we apologize if that wasn't clear on who to contact if you needed something.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were some issues with the condo that were never addressed. The floors were filthy. If our grand baby was barefoot, his feet were black.We put our grand child in the bath tub with jets and when we turned it on it was full of mold. We quickly removed him and showered him down and tried to flush the tub through water cycles but it never cleared.

This had to be the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in! We have stayed at the best of the best in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but this condo was by far the cleanest. Even the baseboards were clean and don't ask me why, but I always look at baseboards lol. Whatever or whoever they use to clean their condo is fabulous! The condo was exactly as pictured and was stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat meals. We did grill one night and I would suggest if you plan to grill bring a grill brush to clean the grill the condo does not supply any grill tools. No big deal though I wouldn't expect them too. The property was wonderful. We found no issues with the elevators as other reviews stated. They were quick and all in working order. They could supply maybe one more extra drying towel in the kitchen and maybe one dish rag. That is by no means a deal breaker or a complaint. We enjoyed our stayed very much. Definitely would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time (family vacay). We probably would not stay again due to the terrible elevator situation. We were on 28th floor--at least 2 elevators broken, Most times our wait for elevators was 30 minutes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived our room was beautiful and clean. The pictures and description of the condo were accurate. Beautiful views! The experience we had in the building over all was not great. The elevators were ridiculous, wait times for the elevators was sometimes 45mins. With only 6 elevators for a 32 story building and 2 of them being out of order part of the stay made going anywhere a little tough. Being in the 28th floor wasn’t easy for some people in our party to take the stairs. Would not stay in this building again.
