We had the BEST stay! Fourteen family members, three generations attending the LLWS in Williamsport. The property has wonderful quiet, large outdoor spaces. The pond was a favorite with the grandchildren swimming, playing on the beach and especially the paddle boat. The house is very spacious and very well-equipped including beach towels! Valerie, the host, was so accommodating; we cannot wait to return!

Amazing!

The view was extremely beautiful! We come from a big city and rarely get to spend time in an area where traffic is not heard from the living room. This property is huge and great for a morning or evening walk. We hope to enjoy the beach/pond another time, when it is warmer out.

Perfect getaway for our group

I stayed at this property for 2 nights with a group of friends (and their families). 14 people total. We absolutely loved the country setting with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including the pavilion and the pond. The kids loved swimming and paddling the boat! We also appreciated all the indoor space (multiple living rooms) with plenty of activities, like fusbol and board games. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Valerie, our host, was helpful and answered all our questions. We would definitely return!

We stayed on short notice to check out this farm for a large family gathering. It is goi g to work perfectly, and we cand wait to get back. They had everything we will need, and the property is beautiful and peacful. The host is prompt with communication, and a very accommodating person.

Three Ponds Farm was tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and welcoming. Valerie and Tony (and even their manager, Brenda) were prompt in responding when I reached out to them. It was reassuring that they have a house phone at the farm-----our family's phone service (ATT) was essentially non-existent. Thankfully no emergencies. The swim pond was a huge hit, and family members were enjoying it several times a day!

Great place for a large group

We had a wonderful stay at 3 Ponds Farm. The accommodations are terrific with everything well stocked for a large group (towels, laundry, silverware, pots and pans, board games, grill). The kitchen and appliances were very usable and well configured. Several different small groups enjoyed walking the grounds and observing the plants and wildlife. Our host Valerie was friendly and very responsive whenever we reached out with questions or needs. We will definitely return when our need for a large space comes up again.

Wonderful place in the country

Three Ponds Farm had something of everyone in our family. The kids loved swimming, riding in the paddle boat and all of the open space to play soccer. The mini pool table kept the kids occupied when it was raining and they couldn't be outside. The adults enjoyed swimming, cooking over the campfire, bird watching and of course fishing. The large pond was perfect for fly fishing and we caught many bass and pan fish. Most of the bass were around ten inches and the largest was fifteen inches.

Perfect base for relaxation and hiking

Five us us, including a grandmother and two children, stayed here for 5 nights. We enjoyed our visit immensely and are looking forward to coming back. The farmhouse is quaint, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with basics for cooking for large groups and a great grill, and there are lots of comfortable spaces for everyone to settle in. Our children swam in the pond for hours every day, we roasted marshmallows and watched the birds and fireflies -- just what we wanted. The Wegmans in Williamsport is about 25 minutes away. Valerie was very helpful with tips. Thank you for everything!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Three Ponds Farm at 415 Beech Valley Road. This charming farmhouse had more than enough room for our whole family—about 20 of us in total. It was cozy, full of character, and perfect for a big group getaway.The farm is aptly named, thanks to its three ponds, which became the center of a lot of our fun. The kids had a blast fishing, swimming, and even enjoying a water slide into one of the ponds. We also had a classic hot dog roast near the pavilion, and the kids loved cooking marshmallows over the fire.One of the great perks was that it was only about half an hour away from the Little League World Series in Williamsport, which made it easy for us to catch some games. We also took a trip to Rose Valley Lake for a bit more fishing, sightseeing, and snail/shell hunting. In all, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect chance for some rest and relaxation with family. My wife and I had our kids and grandkids stay for 4 days. (total of 17) This location had a great swiming area for kids with sand and slide into the water, lots of outside space to play and a beautiful setting. We went to Williamsport for a baseball game (30 minutes) and a frisebee golf course 5 minutes away. It was a little tight in the house and there wasn't a place we could all eat together but we knew this going into the week.

Absolutely amazing!

The property is phenomenal! Acres and acres of God's blessings! I've never been so relaxed on vacation as I was. And we all felt the same!!! Even the younger 20 somethings enjoyed the calm!! 6 bedrooms plus another room with po couch. And the hostess was amazing to boot! Had a welcome basket ready for us when we got there. She was on top of any questions we had. If you're looking for a place to re-boot yourself... this is the place! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! We will be back!!!!

Very nice property and owners

We stayed 5 nights at the farm with four families of parents and kids. The kids loved swimming in the pond and we found the property clean and well appointed. We loved sitting under the pavillion while our kids played for hours on the little sandy beach. The outside space is a real highlight and the house has some rustic charm too. We had one or two minor issues along the way such as a plumbing problem, but the owners responded quickly and politely. They even helped us retrieve some items we left behind after our stay. There were one or two things that could have been better, such as extra fridge space, a working ice maker, decks and docks that weren't so likely to cause splinters, and a working water slide, but these were minor issues in the overall picture. We had a wonderful time there with our large group and overall I would recommend this property and these owners highly. I would absolutely consider a future stay, especially if these minor issues were improved. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation

What a wonderful property! So much to do for our entire family and completely private, so no worries about kids making too much noise. We were entertained all day with swimming, boating, fishing and jungle gym. We prepared our meals and took them to the pavillion every day. So peaceful. Fires at night, and the stars! Spectacular! There's a fairly steep hill between the house and the ponds/pavillion area. We personally enjoyed it but may be difficult for some. We had perfect weather during our 8 days so not a moment of boredom. Only issue was we could've used another bathroom for our group of 17 but we made it work. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

The property was just what we expected and everyone loved the different Reception areas. The sunroom /dining room worked out wonderfully with plenty of seating and the living room was comfortable and everyone gravitated to it. The pavilion and the fire pit was a wonderful addition. We enjoyed watching and listening to the cows and the deer that visited most every day.

An amazing getaway!

The farm is an amazing place to stay. It’s quiet and it has something for everyone no matter the age. We had family from the ages of 1 to 66 and we all had a blast. The kids spent most of the time in the pond which has a slide and a floating dock to jump off. We stayed there last year as well and the owners have already made quite a few improvements just since last summer. I highly recommended picking this for your family vacation spot!

Wonderful farmhouse home

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we are hoping to return again next year. Valerie is always gracious and accommodating, the house is in great shape, and the grounds are perfect for a relaxing holiday get-together. There are lots of great trails for hiking nearby, but we could just spend all day at the farmhouse, swimming, grilling, and hanging out.
